I would definitely recommend Ramel. She recommended a excellent resort based on our likes and needs and the resort was perfect. From start to finish her expertise and knowledge was above and beyond. Our flight home was delayed and she provided every available update regarding the delays. We can't wait to book our next trip and will for sure use Ramel for our future travel needs.

Ramel planned another perfect trip for our family! This was our fourth time having Romel plan a trip for us and she knocks it out of the park every time. We told her we wanted to visit the DR and what amenities we preferred and she quickly came back with many options and worked with us to find the best one to suit our trip. The communication with her is always seamless, and she is always there to help with any issues that may arise, even when they are out of our/her control. Ramel also arranged a private shuttle to/from the airport, which included a car seat for our little one, preventing us from having to travel with our own. This was a huge help! We would recommend your travel planning with Ramel every time!
