Experiences not to be missed: Unique experiences in Rome that only a few get to experience, such as a visit to the Scavi.  The Vatican Necropolis underground the Vatican at St Peters.  Only allows so many visitors per day.  Or perhaps a stay at an amazing property that has actual ruins of the Roman Forum. Walking the roads of the Roman forum you step back in time hundreds of years. It always mesmerizes me to think I am walking where so many have journeyed before me . What were there stories? Entering the Sistine Chapel first thing in the morning, you look up and are completely moved at the magnificence of this spectacular creation of art.
