Jennifer began helping us plan our trip to Disney World 8 months before the date. She ran multiple scenarios for us ranging from 3 different possible months of travel to a range of 4-6 members of our party, at least 6 quotes. She took into account a variety of options that Disney offers ranging from hotels to meal plans to lightening lanes and park hopper. We were very indecisive with our plan and she helped us make changes up until the last minute, graciously explaining the various options and the benefits and drawbacks to our plans. Jennifer was supportive and positive through the whole experience. She was always quick to respond and thorough in her information. She not only planned our trip, but simultaneously planned a friends overlapping trip and made sure to individualize our experiences while maximizing our time spent together. She arranged meals together for a party of 8 as well as designed itineraries for our days to maximize our park experience. We were always reminded of deadlines and when opportunities were open to us, such as when to book lightening lanes. She offered her assistance to do this for us and then checked into to make sure everything had gone smoothly when we elected to book our own. She provided our family, including 2 young girls, with pamphlets on all the parks and autograph books, which they poured over for months leading up to our trip building their excitement. She helped us work through transportation to and from the airport. We went into our trip as a one time Disney family and are now already trying to pick a time for our next trip! Jennifer was professional, supportive, and genuinely excited for us throughout our planning experience and trip, up to checking in on our return home. We could not have hoped for a better guide through all of this and are eternally grateful for her guidance through the process.

Jen was amazing during every step, from the initial booking to the actual trip. She was able to answer all my questions, and I had a lot of them! She was there during every step of the planning process, including when we had a delay the day of our trip and she was able to get in touch with the hotel about our grocery delivery. She truly made the experience magical!

We had such an amazing time on our honeymoon in Aruba. Jennifer was very helpful throughout our whole planning process with knowledge on everything including where to eat and what to do. She never tried to oversell us anything we didn’t need, and her expertise helped us save money on extras that we didn’t need for this trip, while suggesting things we might consider for future visits. I never would have thought I’d want to return on an adult Disney trip with just my husband, but now we can’t wait to plan our next magical getaway with Jen!
