I have been working with Carla for over 6 years. She was recommended to me by friends and I can see why. In turn, I have recommended Carla to other friends and they have been very happy with her services as well.
Carla is easy to work with, very professional and always provides multiple options for flights. She does the little things like always remembering trip specific information like preferred room numbers at a hotel and the need for travel insurance without me having to remind her. In addition, she always touches base right before the trip and then follows up after we have returned to ensure that everything went as planned. I feel confident leaving the travel details in Carla’s capable hands. She is a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I have been working with Carla for over 15 years and have always been impressed with her level of customer service. She offers very personal service and a customer first attitude. I'm quite certain she doesn't know what "regular office hours" are. We are regular cruisers and have been to Europe, the Caribbean and most recently Hawaii all with Carla's expertise helping us along the way. Decided to change travel companies

I didnt feel as though my requests were listened to. I asked for certain dates, certain flights out of certain locations and had my top three wish lists items. Very rarely were they taken into account. I continually had to remind her of the specifics that I requested... such flights out of a certain airport, types of beach, which side of sea/ocean.

Great Trip to Alaska

Let me first say what a great job you did. I appreciate your answering my questions when likely they were answered somewhere in documents you sent.
Secondly I think you know I was concerned about transfers. Let me say the transfers were unbelievable great. Bags were in our rooms at each spot even before we got to the room. Princess knocked it out of the park

Hawaii and New Zealand

Carla has booked over ten overseas trips for us, helped us find condos on Maui and the Big Island, booked hotels for us in the US and in New Zealand, and booked sightseeing trips for us in New Zealand. She has been so helpful and patient in finding us the perfect airline flights and places to stay. However, not all trips happen as planned. Carla helped us when flights were cancelled and different flights had to be found, get refunds for a two-week trip to New Zealand that we had to cancel, and file insurance claims when the airlines would not pay for accommodations and meals when a flight was cancelled. Her help was indispensable in these situations. Anyone who books a trip with Carla will be as happy as we are with her expertise and services.

Italy & Europe with the best travel guide ever

We are working with Carla on our third trip. That should speak volume’s of our trust in her. 23 nights in Italy. 5 Rome, 5 Sorrento, 5 Tuscany, 4 Cinque Tera, 4 Venice AMAZING!
Then we did 4 Budapest Hungry 7 nights Danbue river Austria Germany. Even though Carla was 1000 miles away you could text, email, or call and her response time to any concern was quick efficient and effective.

Carla is so pleasant to work with. After getting information about our trip, Carla gave us several options for transportation as well as insurance data.
We booked out flights over a month in advance, and then about a week before our departure, Carla verified that the flights were still scheduled and verified our seat assignments.
