This cruise was our first time travesty family, best experience ever and can't wait to book my next one!!

Stacey has changed my views on travel agents. We had never utilized an agency service prior to Stacey but found her to be dependable, trustworthy, and a top professional in her field. During our last trip, Stacey went out of her way to ensure our voice was heard concerning a less than acceptable stay at a well-known resort. She maintained the line of communication with us and ensured our concerns were addressed. Although it was not necessary, Stacey even added to our onboard account to make up for our inconvenience. To clarify, Stacey was in no way responsible for the shortcomings of the resort but took it upon herself to make amends for the failings of others. We look forward to many years of working with Stacey.

We had a wonderful experience on our recent Carnival cruise that Stacey Johnston arranged for us. Everything was perfect, from our embarkation, to the room, to our dining time, excursions to even winning a little in the casino! I will use Stacey to arrange our cruise every time we sail!

Stacey put together our family's European vacation and it was awesome! Stacey booked our hotels, transportation between cities as well as to/from airports and train stations, and excursions in each city. Everything was professionally done, hotels, drivers, and tour guides alike. Stacey took so much stress off of me by taking care of all of those details and she was always extremely responsive when I reached out. Will definitely use her again!

Started our trip in Vancouver with stops in Ketchikan, Juneau and Skagway. In Juneau we went whale watching with multiple sightings, in Skagway we rode the old train to the Canadian Yukon. The scenic cruising in College Fgord was breathtakingly beautiful as we got up lost to numerous glaciers. Our first trip to Alaska was wonderful. Stacey did a great job making sure all our needs and expectations were met.

Stacey was an expert on cruising with Disney having done it multiple times herself (and with kids). She provided a lot of great information and tips, not the least of which was cabin recommendations. A bit of confusion as 4 members of our 6-person party live in Spain, and first-last name convention is different than in the U.S. But all got corrected promptly, and we had a very smooth, wonderful experience.

Stacey assisted my husband and me plan a Viking Rhine River cruise, doing the pre & post cruise experiences and then our own extension to Paris. We had an absolutely magnificent time!! I have to say that the biggest saving grace we had thru Stacey was when 1 week before returning home, I received a text from the airline. It was imperative that our return home airport be changed. I simply sent Stacey an email and within <24hrs, we were booked with a different airline and in a different city. What a relief!! I highly recommend Stacey and I thank her for all she did in our pre-planning phase. I took a copy of our detailed itinerary with us and found that to be invaluable! Thank you Stacey!!!

We visited Disney world and took our first ever cruise. Stacey was very responsive and her packing list and tips were extremely helpful. Our kids had a fantastic trip and can't wait to cruise again!

Stacey had four seniors with no cruising experience to deal with as she helped us plan an Inside Passage out of Vancouver, BC. Boy was she patient with us! Can’t say enough good things about Stacey! She helped us plan my 40th birthday trip for my family of four, including a Mediterranean Disney cruise and an add on trip to Disneyland Paris. Her recommendations for hotels, excursions, drivers etc were all top notch and she planned everything for us. I modified things several times and she was quick to jump in and make changes, even when it meant navigating different time zones to call Disneyland Paris for us. She was always quick to respond and made sure that our tours and excursions could accommodate my daughter’s needs (type 1 diabetic and celiac). She spoke with me on the phone several times to go through my many questions and make sure I felt comfortable with all the decisions being made.
