My family and I worked with Gabriela Neuwirth on our Europe vacation. It was a pleasure working with Gabriela, and knowing that everything was done the way we wanted it, and she listened to all of our needs and wants. It was our first time on a cruise ship, and we were very nervous but Gabriela put our nerves at ease and made sure that we were excited about it. We had no issues with our drink vouchers and our excursions that we booked ahead of time. Gabriela would give us updates on our travels, and were able to meet in person to talk about the cruise and what to expect. It was great being able to meet with her in person, it made me feel like she did care about my vacation and making sure that my family and I were more relaxed with booking our trip.

Gabriela was knowledgeable about Italy and the options there, was well priced, and the trip was without hic-ups (everything lined up and worked well together) despite being booked at the last minute, and rather complex. We flew out to Florence and picked up a rental car there, then returned it to the train station in Florence (the return is hard to find!), then took a train to Rome, stayed in a hotel there and flew home from Rome with my family of four.

She was the only link for us to get on the cruise, the cruise line two times never sent my documents, she made it happen.

Gabriela did a great job working through the details of what I thought was a somewhat complicated ship and shore trip. We were taking a three-week tour but my travel friend and I live in different cities so Gabriela had to work with us both individually and together. It took us a while to settle on a tour and Gabriela helped us make that decision. We had some specific requests like separate beds and plane seat preferences that she had to deal with. The trip was almost a year in the planning and she was on top of each phase, notifying us during the year of a decision that had to be made or a payment that was due. There were some difficulties on the trip itself (absolutely no fault of Gabriela’s planning!) that she helped us with. She worked with the vendor to get us a partial refund. We've been working Gabriela now for about two years and she has been wonderful to work with. and i was a little nervous But as soon as we landed and had a car there waiting to take us to our hotel and checked in to a wonderful room I knew we chose the right travel agent and throughout our trip every thing was seemless.

I began planning my month-long solo trip to Europe and was finding it difficult and stressful to manage all the details. I contacted Gabriella and she turned my planning into an organized, thoughtful and very helpful experience. Since this was my first trip, I didn’t know things like best commutes (train vs plane), train connections, safe and convenient areas for hotels and types of tours once I got there. We worked collaboratively and Gabriella was receptive and respectful of my obsessive-compulsive behaviors which were driving me crazy, but not Gabriella apparently! She stayed in constant contact with me as we booked hotels, transportation and tours. Even while my trip was in place and I was in Europe, I felt I had a guide with me in Gabriella. Had round-trip plane tickets to Zurich and needed help in planning a 2-week vacation to visit Zurich, Lucerne, Salzburg, and Munich. With the help of Gabriela, planning out the itinerary was less overwhelming and her suggestions for the length of stay in each city and tour excursions were excellent. She procured all train tickets and booked comfortable hotels in each city, all while staying within my travel budget. Gabriela stayed in touch throughout the process and kept me updated regularly regarding delivery of hotel reservation confirmations and train tickets. My wife and I had a wonderful vacation exploring this region and it was made much easier by Gabriela's knowledge of the area.

This was our first experience with Gabriella. In the day and age of internet travel, a travel agent needs to add value. Gabriella provided service that added value to our trip and made it worthwhile to use a travel agent. First and foremost she helped us identify our travel location. Importantly, she was able to get us a much better price for the trip than we could using the internet. Gabriela "packaged" our trip so no details were left out (e.g., transfers, insurance, etc.), and provided resources that would not be available to us. . She explained what would happen and what we had to do to ensure there were no problems. She was our first contact if we had a questions (including questions we had while abroad). Gabriela was always available by phone, email or text and an in person visit wasn't necessary, although offered if we wanted. It made the trip all that more enjoyable. We intend to use Gabriela again for our next trip.
