He answered my questions and suggested activities to consider, and prepared a customized itinerary to accommodate the places I wanted to visit.
Everything went smoothly, such a convenience to have all the details pre-arranged and pre-paid, as well as being prepared with local currency. All I needed to do was show up at the pick-up points on time! I especially liked Port Douglas: stayed at Villa San Michelle, visited the Great Barrier Reef, including an optional helicopter ride!
I had a great time and couldn't believe how fast the 3 weeks went by. This was the first time I've consulted a travel agent to arrange travel; would definitely consider it again for assistance with a complex trip.
