Laura was so helpful right from the start! She helped us choose between the 4 couples resorts and answered any questions I had. She was quick to answer my e-mails, made sure we were prepared for the trip and handled everything very nicely. It was a relief knowing that she was handling all the details and we just had to worry about making our flights! She wanted to make sure we had an amazing time, and that we did!

Laura was so helpful as we planned our honeymoon for 10 days to the Occidental Grand Papagayo Resort in Costa Rica. As we began planning our trip, we had a hard time deciding where to go for our honeymoon, but Laura helped us narrow down our options based on our travel interests (snorkeling, hiking, volcanoes). We chose Costa Rica due to the mix of beach/ocean and nature and Costa Rica did not disappoint - it had everything we wanted and was also reasonably priced, which was important to us. Laura was so honest with us during our planning, which is exactly what we wanted. She would tell us benefits and cons of various resorts and she would share her personal experiences as well as those remarks that she has beard from guests too. From her suggestions (and our own research), we found the Occidental Grand Papagayo Resort. It had everything that we wanted in an all-inclusive resort and it was also adults only, which is great for a honeymoon. Once we determined our destination and resort, Laura did such a great job to book everything for us. She got us a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view suite and we got a wonderful honeymoon package with breakfast in bed, a free massage, and more. She also organized the shuttle service from the airport to the resort (and returning), which worked so smoothly. I highly recommend Laura because she is so helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. We definitely plan to have Laura help us plan our next trip!

Laura was extremely knowledgeable with all of the destinations we were considering. She was able to provide a lot of information for us to help narrow down our decision. Laura was very quick to respond and was very patient answering the many questions that we asked. She was very detailed in her responses. When we travel outside of the country again, we will certainly work with Laura.

Laura not only hand picked our destination island--the perfect selection after a discussion with my husband and me--but then recommended some amazing resorts for us to choose from. While at the Beautiful Rendezvous Resort in St Lucia, a few minor items came up to which Laura quickly responded. That's service even "after the sale" which we really appreciated!!

I "accidentally" found Laura through social media. Lucky me. I couldn't have asked for a better travel agent. If you're looking for someone to be very responsive to your needs and to really do research on your destination, Laura is your gal. Although she had not been to the destination I ultimately chose, you wouldn't have known it. She really took the time to look into everything from flights to resorts to excursions and everything in between. I am lucky she didn't fire me -- since I was emailing her every other day with more questions. ;) She was extremely attentive to my needs and she made it all happen perfectly. I'm very fortunate to have found such a sweet travel agent who really thrives on the needs of her clients and really listens to every detail. I would give her more stars, if available!!

Laura was extremely helpful. She did everything from booking our flight, ground transportation to and from the airport, finding the perfect resort, offering insurance, and suggesting activities while on the trip. Everything was perfect!
