About Me

             Hi everyone! My name is Amber Clayburn, owner of Travels-with-Amber! I am a wife and mother of three amazing teenagers. After moving around a lot, we finally settled in NW Arkansas in 2018. To complete our family, we have an American Staffordshire Terrier named Fidget, and 5 guinea pigs (Dyno-Mo, Coco-Mo, Hershey-Mo, Gizzi-Mo, Charco-Mo). We've always got something going on between my husbands crazy hours, the animals and kids, and my travel agency!!

          I can tell you about how our house seems like it has a revolving door, but to be honest, I rather talk to you about the little moments.. my little moments are the moments when I see my daughter/son doing an extra chore to help out so we can have family game night or movie. Or the day my husband takes off work just to be with us because he is tired of working long and crazy hours.  The ones where we not stressed and constantly thinking about bills, finances, work schedules, doctors appointments, groceries.. Those moments are what matter!! Everything else will be there tomorrow. If you have moments like these in your life, cherish them!!!

           I believe my "WHY" I started my business is what sets me apart from other travel agents. My parents always encouraged my desire to explore. By the age of 11, I had already traveled all over the United States. I've seen The Golden Gate Bridge, swam in the Atlantic Ocean, been to both sides of Niagara Falls, and visited many more amazing destinations. All of which are unforgettable memories I was able to make with my parents. I never realized just how important those memories would mean to me. When my mom passed away, it made me realize how important it is to create memories with your family and friends. That all the stresses in life will still be there tomorrow. Take the time to enjoy life, enjoy those little moments, plan big ones.

        My goal as your travel agent is to help you and your loved ones create your own unforgettable memories. My motto, " Material things come and go; It's MEMORIES that last a lifetime".       

I started this business 2020 due to my love for travel. With an amazing host agency and my mentor/best friend (who has been very successful in this industry for years) guiding me and supporting me, I have learned so much, that I have been able to implement into my own business practices. I am constantly attending online and in person trainings, so that I can stay updated with all the current deals, pricing and travel policies. I am excited to be able to continue to watch my business grow.  I look forward to helping you plan your next vacation.

I will definitely be using Travels with Amber again, as a first time traveller + going to Disneyworld, there is an overload of information on Facebook and google but Amber broke it all down for me which was so much more helpful!
Amber is time efficient, organized and available daily leading up to the trip AND DURING our trip every day she was ready to help with the lightning lane and genie+ bookings. She booked the bibbidi boppiti boutique for my daughter which my daughter loved, I also wouldn’t have known about it hadnt I booked with Amber!
I highly recommend Travels with Amber!

Amber was great! I gave her our budget and she worked with me by providing multiple options in the region we desired. She made sure we had everything we needed. Amber checked on us multiple times during our visit to make sure things were going smoothly and to make sure we were not in need of anything. We ended up having a fantastic time in Playa Del Carmen! We would use Amber's services again in the future and I have recommended her to my family and friends.
