I wish we could give 10 stars. We’ve used Phil for years. He always has a driver meet us at the airport upon landing, a driver meet us at the hotel for the return trip. And a driver to take us between hotels when we break up our trips. He has never booked in anything less than an excellent hotel. In London he booked in a central hotel near a main subway station and mapped out all the sights we wanted to see. I thought I would never use a public subway or trolley (Switzerland) but he maps everything out and it becomes so easy. Right down to where to get the commuter pass. He arranges tours for us and even suggests how much if any foreign currency to bring. He has the knowledge of proper tipping and gratuity amounts. He even suggests local restaurants in places he’s been. And he has been lots of places. I never would have imagined that Iceland would be my favorite trip ever but he laid it out and it was amazing. It’s so relaxing after an overnight flight to get your luggage and when you exit the secure area of the airport, a driver is standing on the other side of the door with your name on a clip board. Has never put us in an area where we felt unsafe. Always takes my call or calls right back if he is with a client. Put us right at the Disney Park in France. Arranged us a Globus tour to Normandy Beach. Mediterranean cruises right down to the flights. And he even advised me that big or small he does it all. Right down to a hotel for a couple nights if I am driving somewhere for a wedding. As for our last trip to France, there was an upcoming one day strike for airports. He called us to assure us of our travel concerns. Luckily it was days after we landed and days before we departed. But he was right there every step of the way. I truly appreciate him

We had heard about Mexico City as a cultural and food mecca. We have been working with Phil and his team since 2010, booking trips all across Europe and the world so it was an obvious choice to continue to contact and book with a trusted and educated travel agent. From the booking process to arrival to the airport in Mexico City, then the shuttle to the deluxe hotel on the main avenue downtown was spot on, and with a great buffet breakfast included to start the day. Location was key, hotel staff were very accommodating and polite, helpful. Recommendations for restaurants and local tours didn't disappoint. The Frieda Kahlo Museum, the Anthropological Museum, and Xochimilco(the Venice of Mexico) were phenomenal. We booked a bike ride and saw and experienced the wonderful and scenic neighborhoods of the city. Thank you P&H!

I have traveled to many countries and have used Phil exclusively as my travel agent. Each time I travel, Phil helps me pick the right place to stay, as he has traveled extensively and has first hand knowledge of many destinations. He then makes all the arrangements, including airline reservations and transfers from the airports to the hotels. Phil makes the process of traveling as stress free as possible. All I can say is - Don't leave home without talking to Phil first!!

Have taken numerous trips through Phil as a travel agent, even traveled with him on a cruise. He’s ALWAYS helpful, knowledgeable, informative, receptive and fun. But what endeared him to me and made him my friend was a medical emergency I had while traveling in Italy when I had to end my vacation to get home immediately to see an orthopedic surgeon resulting in surgery. Phil worked “magic” to change all my plans, reservations, flights as we communicated through the night.

Our trip was handled expertly, from flight going to flight home. Once in Paris, our hotel was pre-arranged along with wonderful, recommended tours in the city. Our voyage to Normandy and back was amazing. Phil gave us expert advice for the entire trip based on personal experience. That's the difference with P&H, the agents have had experience everywhere and know what to expect. This is only one of many very successful adventures Phil has arranged for us.
