Loved my trip despite lack of guidance for TA

She wasn't there when planes where canceled. She simply responded let me know when it gets rebooked. Sends boat loads of info without explaining relevant details. I didn't have a clear understanding of the upgrades, but didn't have the expertise to ask the right questions. Didn't meet with our company in person only relied on - I felt like perhaps in-person would have helped clarify details. Asked about excursions at the resort, but wasn't able to get any details or suggestions. I felt like she gave limited value.

Last Shot Again 2026

From the original talks about a 2026 event, Sarah works to keep this group of over 60 people together. From cruise reservations, hotels, shuttle rides, to flights, she kept us moving forward from last summer to our travel date in January. She worked with Celebrity Cruise Lines to have 2 events while at sea including a meet and greet the first full day at sea. Additionally, our final night we had a private concert with Steve Brownell. Sarah problem solved along the way rescheduling as necessary. She sent messages along the way with updates. We were taking a trip to Jamaica and was our first real vacation in years. We decided to go to the airport hotel the night before our early flight out early Saturday morning. While having dinner at 8pm, we received an email from the airline telling us our flight had been cancelled. Just then I got an email from Sarah saying she was looking into it for us. The airline had already rebooked on a flight for the Sunday flight but Sarah was trying to get us on a Saturday flight to not miss a day of our vacation. From that point on, Sarah communicated with us on an hourly basis...not for a couple of hours - all night. I set my alarm every hour on the hour to see if she had made any progress. At 4:00am Sarah was finally able to talk with the airline. The result wasn't ideal but we found ourselves a great resource in the travel industry. Sarah went above and beyond to help us and we never felt alone. We will definitely be booking our next trip through Krafty Travel!!

Amazing Destination Wedding

This is the second time that Sarah has worked as my travel agent. The first was when I was in a friend's wedding in Jamaica. I remembered Sarah being very helpful. We had flight cancellations due to weather and she worked very hard to get everything figured out. She made everything much easier on us. This was in part why I chose to ask for her help in planning our destination wedding. She took a lot of stress out of it for us as the other guests could work through her and she could answer any questions. She was able to get answers from the resort much quicker than we were. We had 33 guests at the wedding in Cancun and everyone I have talked to was very happy with Sarah and how easy she was to work with. Also, the location was wonderful and we hope to go back again. We will definitely be contacting Sarah for any future trips as well as recommending family and friends.

No hassle European trip!

We were a bit nervous about making our first European vacation, but shouldn't have been with Sarah's help. Sarah made it effortless sorting through all the options of things to see and do in Paris and Italy. She found us the right tours (with the flexibility we wanted) and the right hotels (great locations and good prices). The tours came with a local guide who gave us a quick orientation when we got there. All our transportation was pre-arranged, so all we had to do was show up on time. Amazing Honeymoon

Good Ireland trip; great itinerary

Sarah was very knowledgeable and helpful. She met us at a convenient time and location for our initial consultation, and she hand-delivered our final documents to my office. Couldn't have been more customer oriented.
Sarah put together a great Ireland travel package for us. Everything in the itinerary was organized perfectly. The 2-week trip offered a broad array of things to do - cities, countryside, attractions, tours, parks, etc. The hotels she booked were all first-rate, and she hooked us up with a helpful app for the larger cities and towns. And, both to and from, she tracked our flights and contacted us, without our prodding, when problems arose (see below).
4 stars overall, though, because the flights - both to and from - were awful. Our luggage was misplaced on the way out; it was delivered to the hotel the next day. And, on the way back, the connecting flight from Philly was arbitrarily cancelled. We had to stay in a nearby (crappy) hotel before being flown out the next day. The airline refused to reimburse us for that expense. None of this, of course was Sarah's fault; she even helped us with our request for reimbursement. Nonetheless, it greatly marred our experience. The takeaway? We recommend Sarah highly. But ask her book direct flights, and not to use American Airlines.

Two Week Honeymoon in Europe

We cannot recommend Sarah enough to our friends and family! She helped us so much with ideas on where to go and what to do for our honeymoon. She suggested some tours we probably wouldn't have otherwise thought of, and it was planned out perfectly for what we were looking for. Everything, from transportation, tours, flights, hotels, etc. were all taken care of and we didn't have to worry about a thing! The book Sarah put together was so detailed and explained everything we needed. Our honeymoon was in Amsterdam, Paris and Rome, for a total of two weeks. We've never been to Europe, and with Sarah's help, it relieved any stress and worries I had with traveling to somewhere we've never been. Her knowledge and experience was above and beyond, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Girlfriend Getaway!

Sarah was attentive to all of our requests, and worked hard to fulfill them on very short notice. Our resort was all we could ask for and more! After speaking with some other guests, we were very pleased that Sarah recommended a Jr.suite instead of the standard room, even though we were on a budget. The standard room at this resort didn't even have a window and no in-room bar. Our oceanview room was fantastic! Very clean property with very friendly and attentive staff. The food was very good and top shelf liquor was abundant . We will def. consult Sarah for future trips!

So my father wanted to go to Ireland as one of his bucket list items. Unable to travel on his own, I was recruited to go along. The idea of traveling with him and his limitations was exciting but also pretty overwhelming to me. What a blessing to have Sarah to help out with his extra planning and needs! She fixed us up with exactly the properly paced tour for him.. Every detail was attended to and the trip was more than he and I could have ever hoped for! So much so that this spring we added another generation to our travels when we took my teenage daughter along to London and Paris. Planning things that everyone in a multigenerational group will be happy with is no easy task. Sarah offered great tours and advice, excellent hotels, comfortable, affordable and efficient air and hotel accommodations, dozens of suggestions for things to do and see in the cities--making reservations for several of those before we even left home, a free app for our phones to give us information for the cities at our fingertips....the list is endless. She is knowledgeable, fun, creative and goes the extra mile for everyone. She loves what she does and it shows. I will certainly recommend her and hope to be fortunate enough to use her again myself!

Portugal and Spain

Sarah Krafty of Krafty Travel, did an excellent job of helping us with planning and booking our trip. We wanted to stay in the old parts of the cities and towns we visited and that's where she booked us. The hotels were all A+ and better. They were close to or in each town's original historic area. We were right in the middle of, and able to walk the active and bustling historic areas. "Bed & Breakfast" meant we had the morning meal included with the motel stay, an easy way to start the day.
We experienced the best of Portugal's Lisbon, Coimbra, and Porto, and Spain's Toledo, Avila, and Segovia. The city tours Sarah booked for us, especially the one in Lisbon, were interesting and worth it. The Port wine tastings (three tasting locations, included in Porto's hop-on-hop-off bus tour) gave us a clear preference for the Tawney Port variety.
We rented a car to go from place to place. GPS is mandatory. You have to have it. The map of Toledo's walled city looks like a plate of spaghetti. Driving is terrifying at first until you realize that everyone drives with utmost attention and skill. Streets and clearances are tight, mirrors were sometimes folded in, everyone cooperates, and distracted driving does not, cannot, exist. Getting lost in small villages while watching the storks nesting on church steeples is possible when the British voice on GPS will always guide you to your next hotel. We really enjoyed the freedom to explore what we found interesting and attractive.
We saw and enjoyed things we will remember forever. The next trip we take will be also be with Krafty Travel's help and knowledge.

Best Honeymoon Ever!

My wife and I take pride in planning and organizing our trips. However, with our European Honeymoon coming up, we thought it was best to seek outside help with time zone, language, and currency barriers awaiting. A quick Google search in the area led us to Sarah Krafty. And what a God send she proved to be. We are that weird couple who likes to have itineraries wherever we go. Why put forth all the time, money, and effort into traveling if you're going to waste time looking for things to do, see, and eat when you're there? Sarah Krafty shares that same opinion. After meeting with her and getting to know one another, she made us our very own travel itinerary. Seeing as how we were bouncing around from Rome, Santorini, and London, this was something we very much appreciated. Whether it was the hotels, the pickups to and from the airport, or the tours that she set up, we never were unsure/worried of what to expect. We cannot wait to hire Sarah Krafty again and cannot recommend her enough!

British Isles/Ireland Vacation

We had an amazing trip to the British Isles and Ireland this past September. Sarah did a great job meeting with us ahead of time and organizing a very nice packet for us that was helpful while we traveled. The trip itself, along with the events were dead-on to what we requested as the "theme". All hotels were very nice. We had one snafu, on the last day, but Sarah got us a refund and we still stayed at a nice hotel. All in all, great experience. (We plan on going back for Christmas in Edinburgh someday)
