My daughter's 13th birthday was nothing short of amazing because of how simple it was to work with Jordana. I gave her my budget and timeframe and she did the rest! So, when my in-laws decided to take our multi-family party of 10 to Disneyland for their granddaughter's birthday, I thought of Jordana. We just got back from the most magical Disney trip. It was my son’s birthday and my youngest’s very first visit, so this vacation meant a lot to us. This review has taken me days to write and for all the right reasons. Jordana truly gave me a once in a lifetime trip with my children. I am a single mom of two kids, 10 and 14. Both my children have additional needs. Between the two of them, they struggle with Sensory Processing Disorder, ADHD, Anxiety, Partial hearing loss, PDA, severe asthma, POTS, hEDS and anaphalactic food allergies. Whew! I know, it's a lot, but I really want you to get a picture of what this amazing woman accomplished. Now reading that list on top of being a single mom, I'm sure you can understand why this was my children's first actual vacation. Jordana worked with me for months on every single little detail. From the best resort for our mixed needs, which days was best for which park, working out an itinerary for each day... all the way down to contacting the hotel to ask what they washed their linens in. She helped me compile a list of quiet/ calm down areas in each park, companion restrooms and sensory attributes of every single ride and show offered. Any time I had a question, she had or found the answer within a day, even when on her own vacation (i didn't know or I wouldn't have bothered her lol)! She gave me suggestions of anything she thought would be helpful to us and went over every little detail with me until I was comfortable. While it wad months of planning that made this trip happen, Jordana made it as simple as just making a decision. She did the rest. The vacation was pure bliss. Now of course, it wasn't perfect. I literally took my kids to a place that had every single trigger for my children, but Jordana was so thorough that it didn't matter. We enjoyed 7 beautiful days in WDW. My children who grew up in hospitals and missing out on life, got to be just that. Children. I saw my children laughing and more excited than I have seen them in a long time. Though older, I saw the little kids they never got to be come out. I would never have even considered it without Jordana.

Jordana was great helping plan my family trip to Disney. We surprised my three kids and told them on Christmas day. Planning started over a year in advance, and it was hard not telling the kids. Jordana was very helpful through the whole process. She answered all of our questions and helped us through all of the many options. We picked The Art of Animation resort at Disney and stays in a Car's Suite. The resort was great, in a good location and getting to the parks was easy. We spent a day at each park (Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Epcot). It was a busy time to go but based on recommendations we also picked up the lightning lanes passes which saved us lots of time. We are also Harry Potter fans, so we did a day at Universal. It was a lot to fit into one day, but we did it and had fun seeing it all. We had such a great time at all the parks, everyone enjoyed our family vacation and is looking forward to doing it again in the future.

From A-Z Jordana helped every step of the way and answered all of my questions and I had ALOT! Even while I was on the trip she was there for me! Jordana was such a great help. While planning for a wedding, it can be tough to also plan the fine details of a honeymoon. Jordana took care of all that for us! Once we made it to our resort in Saint Lucia we kept saying how amazing Jordana is for setting all of this up for us. She sent us a great list of excursions to pick from with her discounted rate code as well. Every question we had was promptly answered which we also appreciated.

It was great to have someone with lots of Disney knowledge help get our resort reservations in order. It was definitely one less thing to stress about! Plus, when you use Jordanna, you're able to get some free perks and extras that you wouldn't get if you tried to plan and book your vacation on your own. We were able to play mini golf for free during our trip! I'm looking foward to booking my next vacation (a cruise) with her..plus being able to pay a little over time is such a plus!

Jordana was amazing! I hadn’t been to Disney since I was about 10yo so I had zero clue. Jordana took care of everything from booking the hotel, buying the park tickets, providing transportation to/from the hotels, booking our dining, and even planning my day to day itinerary so that we could make the most of our time. She answered countless questions, walked me through the Disney app, and even made she we were in for Mickeys Very Merry Christmas which was amazing! I had planned a vacation to Cancun, but it had to get cancelled THE DAY BEFORE I WAS LEAVING. I was so sad, and decided I should travel somewhere else warm - Miami it is! After changing my mind three times, and letting her know my budget, she got me a hotel that will accommodate my trip. I’m so thrilled!

I reached out to Jordana after seeing her post in Facebook for a very short notice trip to the Cape. I had exhausted all options on my end. She was okay at the beginning. I was able to get the prices for the flight and the hotel. However, she only offered three choices and wouldn’t look further. I asked for two beds in the room and did not get that. I had to ask for a change at the hotel. I asked for hotel info and confirmation, she eventually sent every confirmation for every persons and told me they were all the same. She never mentioned needing it for the airport to get the shuttle . She should send out each persons own confirmation and a link to the hotel. She never mentioned where or how to get the shuttle back to the airport and then said she was in meetings. This created issues on the last day of the trip. No one from Delta Vacations bothered to contact anyone at the resort. It was chaotic and could have been avoided.
