Amazing! The hurricane made us switch weekends, but Lauren found us a new room for the exact dates we wanted and for the same price we had before. The phones were insane, but she took all the stress out of having to make last minute reservation changes. Lauren answered tons of questions and we experienced fun, new Disney adventures this trip. Lauren was amazing to work with! Our trip was truly amazing and magical and I could not have pulled this off without her guidance and help. Absolutely Perfect! We worked with Lauren at Travel with Character to book a long awaited Disney World Vacation for our daughter's 5th birthday, and I’ll have to say that the process was absolutely seamless. My wife and I suffer from decision indecision, and through Lauren’s guidance, we had the perfectly planned out trip.
