Susanne was very knowledgeable and helped us plan a wonderful trip to Switzerland. The itinerary was just right, we got a really good flavour of the many regions of Switzerland . All the hotels were excellent, and were well located, always within walking distance to the local sites/action and the train station. Susanne provided many good tips which helped with our enjoyment.
