Great family vacation cruise!

Alice was excellent to work with.
She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating.
We scheduled a cruise with Alice in November that had to be canceled due to Hurricane Nicole, canceled plane flights and such.
Alice took care of everything for our party of 6, from canceling our November trip and rescheduling our new cruise in April. She arranged transportation for us, to and from Cape Canaveral, she booked our 3 balcony rooms together with the couches we requested, and guided us along the way with valuable information to insure we had a wonderful cruise.
She was readily available and resourceful for the many questions we had.
We will definitely use Alice for future cruise vacations and recommend her to our family and friends. She was outstanding!

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort in Gatlinburg

We had a fantastic stay at Country Cascades Waterpark Resort in Gatlinburg. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area, but the real highlight was the indoor waterpark. Our kids absolutely loved the indoor waterslides, the pool was a little small, but they would have stayed there all day if they could!
The resort also had a convenient restaurant, a small store for anything we needed, and a great coffee and Danish area in the morning, which was such a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and everything felt easy and family friendly.
I also appreciated having our travel agent Alice help us plan this trip, it made everything even smoother and took the stress out of choosing the right place for our family.
We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return on our next trip to Gatlinburg.

Great family vacation cruise!
I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for Alice, who helped me and my family plan and book our cruise vacation. Alice was a pleasure to work with, as she was very friendly, professional and helpful. She handled everything for us, from canceling our original trip in November due to a hurricane, to rescheduling our new trip in April with the best possible arrangements. She secured transportation for us to the port and from the port to my daughters residence, booked our three balcony rooms next to each other with the couches we wanted, and gave us useful tips and advice to make sure we had a great time on the cruise.
