Cara took the stress and overwhelming feeling of planning a trip such as our trip to California. We truly didn't know where to start. We traveled to San Francisco to Yosemite then Monterey Bay, Santa Barbara, and final stop in Los Angeles. It was our first time going to California and wanted to see has much as possible in 10 days. Her advice and guidance was invaluable and she narrowed down two choices of hotels in each location making the decision much easier for us. All locations were safe, clean, and located ideally for what we explained was our priority.
Whenever I plan to travel to a location I have never been I will definitely hire Cara to handle the planning. She will be my forever travel assistant!

Weekend in Colorado!

I used Cara's services for a trip to Denver in the Fall of 2019. This was a last minute trip, so I really appreciated all of the time and energy it saved me to have her invaluable assistance in arranging transportation to and from the airport, booking my accommodations, and making recommendations /reservations for local restaurants. She was able to find terrific lodging, which met some of my picky requirements, meanwhile the restaurants she booked exceeded my dining expectations. I always prioritize finding the best food in a new destination, and it was so nice to dine well on her planning. Cara was really pleasant and easy to work with...I will most certainly call her again for my next trip, especially given increased travel challenges with Covid.

Yet another amazing trip

Cara came through again with another amazing, seamless trip. We always use Cara for our travels, especially more detailed trips with lots of logistics. This time was the perfect balance of fun, adventurous, and relaxing. Flights and car rental transfer were easy. The Airbnb was stunning with beautiful sunset views of Costa Rica every night and a whole private chef team for all breakfasts and multiple dinners. I did horseback riding, an ATV tour, and surfing which were some of the most fun travel adventures I’ve ever done! Every dinner was delicious, whether it was private chef or restaurant. Any hiccup on the trip I didn’t even notice because Cara was on top of solving it before any guests even knew what was happening, such as communicating with tour guides or the chef’s team if they were running late. I honestly feel like words can’t sum up how incredible this trip was! Cara took care of every single, little detail from moment it started! We stayed on the Big island which allowed for practically every adventure you can think of doing in Hawaii! We snorkeled with sea turtles, octopus and eels on a canoe trip! Traveled through the Hawaiian countryside horseback while learning about its rich culture with breaks at beautiful waterfalls along the way. We even got to experience manta rays from mere inches away! Not to mention the incredible resort she found for us that suited our family so perfectly! This trip felt like a true vacation! Dream Trip to Spain

Cara is very friendly and knowledgable, as well as super responsive. She worked with me to create a trip that checked all my boxes, and she was quick to help out when I was in panic mode without feeding into my panic (perfect balance). We saw important cultural sites, as well as important (to us) pop culture sites. We ate well and enjoyed the restaurant recommendations (particularly La Burbjueria in Madrid, an absolutely fantastic culinary experience). Our half- and full-day tours were a fantastic way to get to know our destinations. Our hotels were beautiful, I will definitely consider the Mercer again. Over all, it was a busy, fun, educational trip with lots of good food and wine, which is exactly what I wanted!

The dreamiest honeymoon!

Cara was incredibly helpful and accommodating to all of our requests and needs for our trip. She was flexible and very easy to communicate with whenever we had questions or wanted to make changes prior to the trip and during. We were very specific with the types of hotels and activities we wanted, requesting a bespoke experience that included local experiences. She put together an itinerary that included hiking, cooking, bike riding, and sightseeing. She helped decide on locations right off the bat that would include multiple destinations but still be relaxing for our honeymoon, and then we did a mixture of fun activities and lounge days based off her suggestion and sent us lots of hotel options. We felt secure and taken care of the entire trip, with a local point of contact at all times and drivers that picked us up and dropped us off at airports and activities. She was always responsive during our trip, and we had the time of our lives. It was perfect!

A Trip Fro the Books!

Asking Cara to help plan this trip was the best decision I made! My brother was born with Spina Bifida. He wanted to travel to Europe for his 40th birthday. Europe is not known for its accessibility, so I figured I should get some help so we can see as much as possible that was accessible. Everything she planned that was in her power was A++. I chose the pkg where we tell her what we like and what we want to do and she arranged everything, all travel and tours. At every destination we had ADA assistance set up, and a ride to take us to our destination. She arranged seamless travel between 5 cities and 4 countries. All of our tours were exceptional and wheelchair accessible. She also made dinner reservations on travel days so we didn’t have to look for food on travel days. It was a tremendous relief being able to just wake up and go and not having to worry if where we were going or doing was accessible. I fully intend to request Cara’s services on future trips!

She finds the flights that she knows that my family and I enjoy, gives us a choice of exclusive places to stay and let's us know why they are exclusive,, sets reservations in the top restaurants in the area, arranges exclusive entertainment for our family, sets up special events like lining up a church in the Mission to celebrate our 50th anniversary followed by lunch on the beach, etc. and lining up first class private transportation for everything. Outstanding Dedication to Service!

We were adding a three-day stay to an already booked trip to Italy for my family of 7, when I found Cara by chance doing a google search. I am so very thankful that I did. Not knowing much about Paris, I was needing help in planning this part of the trip. Cara was immediately helpful and really held my hand throughout the entire process making sure we had an amazing villa right next to the Louvre, all the right tickets for the places we wanted to visit and the transportation from and to the airport. Cara's really shines when it comes to communication which is a big deal to me. Birthday Trip to Napa

We booked Cara to help plan my birthday trip to Napa, CA, as we had never been. Cara was very informative about the area and gave us great ideas about how we should plan the trip. East Coast Beach Trip

Cara is beyond 5-stars AMAZING. Not only is she an extremely knowledgeable travel agent and a sheer delight to work with, she goes above and beyond to make your trip oh so much more than a simple vacation package. She provided us a true travel experience, from start to finish. Not being pro planners, we decided on a friends trip to Charleston, SC mid-pandemic, about 3 weeks before our desired date. This beach holiday was much more than we expected: groceries and a box of hand selected wines to pair with our meals were waiting for us along with a fabulous welcome basket when we arrived. She also hooked us up with dinner reservations at an equally gorgeous and delicious oceanfront restaurant, bike reservations for the week, and a whole itinerary of pandemic friendly places to visit. Long rave review short, my crew and I will not plan another adventure without Cara’s expertise. If you’re looking for a beautifully packaged experience, you've most definitely come to the right place!

We could not have dreamed a more perfect trip!

Words cannot even describe how perfect this trip was, from start to finish. We hadn't been to Napa before, and we're planning on just winging it, but then a friend told us to speak to Cara and I am SO happy we did. First, she suggested staying in Yountville vs Napa, which we were so happy we did upon arrival. From there it just got better and better. The hotel was PERFECTION. She planned the entire itinerary, and included things we never would have thought of, ie electric bikes (which made our wine tasting adventure so much more fun), the perfect selection of wineries for us (including one with a classic rock theme as we are music lovers), and a champagne picnic lunch (which I didn't even know was a thing and was definitely a highlight). She based it all on who we are and what we like, which truly made all of the difference in the world. Thank you Cara, for making dreams we didn't even know to dream come true!

Top 10 Best Memories

I cannot say enough good things about working with, Cara! I had been wanting to plan a Europe trip for sometime and decided on super short notice (Tuesday) that I wanted to leave by the weekend. I called Cara that same day and I had my hotels and flight booked within the next 48 hours. Because it was such short notice, we planned activities as I was traveling which made the experience more fun as I could ask for suggestions from locals in each place as well as Cara’s suggestions. I have to say that there were several experiences on this trip that are now in my “top 10 best memories” bank! Cara made excellent suggestions (ask about food and wine!), was available any time I had a question or even wanted to share a cool encounter, and was incredibly affordable. She planned a custom package with exactly what I was looking for with a minutes notice and it was EXTRAORDINARY!!! I can’t recommend Cara enough!! Thank you!

Even though, I am an experienced traveler, I wanted a professional to plan and execute this trip for us. It had a high level of complexity for the private events we planned. We needed, vehicles (bus and excursion) with drivers, group flights, dinners, shows, tours, a celebration Mass at a private church at a Mission and an oceanfront hotel with special room requests. With Cara's vast experience, she not only executed everything flawlessly, she added ideas that took the trip to another level. She provided an agenda prior to the trip and updated it daily, as at our needs changed. She was accessible to the vendors and myself at all times.
