I have worked with Rachel Mayrand for vacation planning approximately 30 years! Every vacation she has planned with us, as a family of 5 or just husband and me, has been absolutely incredible! After submitting our vacation criteria, including budget, Rachel works her magic! She has consistently booked us vacations above and beyond our criteria! My family has so many amazing memories from each of these vacations! We still talk about them! Happy memories! We are now working with Rachel to plan vacations with our Grandchildren!! Recently, I contacted Rachel to plan my 70th birthday celebration milestone vacation for my husband and me. After providing her with our vacation criteria and budget, Rachel again worked her magic! She composed a fairytale milestone birthday vacation for me in Curaçao! Upon arriving to our luxury suite, a fancy chocolate cake along with a bottle of champagne and two glasses!!! Two birthday cards also awaited me; one from the hotel staff and the other from Rachel! Later in the week, another yummy chocolate cake awaited me! Heavenly! Our suite included a patio with a deep bathtub (I bathed in it nightly under the shining stars) overlooking a refreshing walk-in ‘canal’ pool! We swam in it daily!! The hotel/resort was gorgeous! Grounds were a lush green with beautiful floral bushes and pristine. On the grounds were 7+ restaurants, and a wine bar/ice cream/waffle & crepes/& bakery cafe! Weather was perfectly hot, gorgeous ocean, nightly music venues, and the beach filled with happy vacationers! Rachel has been wonderful to work with in planning our vacations. She has been dependable, works within our budget, includes all or as many requested criteria as possible, even negotiates vacation dates and or flight times to get better deals for us! I have no desire to use any other travel agent!! I highly recommend Rachel Mayrand!

I provided her my thoughts on what I was looking for, and she found great places for us to stay, logistically booked trains where they made sense, and two one-way flights to fulfill our needs! Rachel does a fantastic job from start to finish when planning vacations. We have used Rachel three times now, and her communication is always top notch. During our first trip back in 2019, we weren’t sure where we wanted to go or where to stay for our destination wedding. Rachel took the time to meet with us in person, and helped us select a location. With her help, traveling to your next tropical destination will be a breeze. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes much of the stress away from traveling. She arranged transportation to and from the airport once we arrived to our destination, provided pertinent information for the country of travel, and always ensured timely delivery of our itinerary details. Upon our return home, she always follows up with us to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We will continue using Rachel for our trips to in the future.

We completed a 3 week trip to both North and South Island of New Zealand in January. Rachel's organization and coordination of multiple parts of the trip was exemplary. She knew the most interesting sites and arranged wonderful wine and dine tours. I would highly recommend Rachel to create memorable trips

Rachel (again) made a thorough arrangements for our trip to Portugal. She gives good guidance as to transportation and extra activities to see and do, and will make arrangements for same. A great travel advisor to work with!!

We visited Oahu and Kauai Rachael listened to us, and learned what exactly we wanted for flights/ lodging/ excursions and time on each island . She nailed it ! Great resort choices and she handles everything. Lots of extra information on best restaurants and what to do. She is super fun to work with and has a genuine enthusiasm for travel.

Such a fun trip! Rachel handled our kind of last-minute request to cruise the Mediterranean since we could not find one that would work for our schedule! She provided us with a few different options. The cruise we ended up on was amazing! We left from Barcelona Spain, visited Palma, Pisa/Florence, Rome, and Naples Italy. The trip is one we'll remember forever!

After we decided on the resort, she booked everything for us and sent us all the information we needed. She even booked travel to and from the airport to the hotel. I would highly recommend Rachel! We had an amazing 40th birthday trip at Secrets in Costa Mujeres. This was a girls trip and we were spoiled! The food, atmosphere and hospitality were top notch. I would recommend this resort for any type of vacation. We can't wait to go back!

Rachel had been my travel agent since 2006. Though we took a hiatus from travel after my destination wedding in 2012 (Rachel coordinated), we’ve gone somewhere since 2018 with Rachel’s help! Last year, we reached out to Rachel with help to plan a trip to St. Lucia. We quickly settled on Coconut Bay after speaking to Rachel. She offered insight on the two places we were deciding on and we realized the other place was just not it. Rachel makes the whole process so easy and I really like the fact that I don’t have to do anything except pay! If anything happens with your trip, she’s got your back. In the past we’ve had some things happen and she’s handle it all! She’s calling the hotel or working with the airline and we are enjoying the pool and beach! Coconut Bay was absolutely fabulous. It was the best family friendly resort I’ve been to and honestly will make it hard to try a new place. We are planning on returning next year.

Rachel did a great job helping us figrure out where to go in Costa Rica since we have not been there before. She gave great recommendations, answered questions quickly, and helped with transfers and any questions we had. She even responded very quickly when we had a question when we arrived. It took a bit of back and forth to get the best pricing available at the resorts we stayed at but once she was able to find the best deal, she made up for it by offering some extras.
