Nicole was absolutely amazing to work with every step of the way! She made sure all of our plans were set and answered any and every question we could think of. She also made sure we were very well informed about EVERYTHING before hand and that made our trip so much easier! She sent us all the maps we needed, offered wonderful food options, made sure we knew how the shuttle and the check in and the magic bands worked, told us what rides to ride at what time at each of the parks we were visiting, constantly updated us on the changing covid protocols, and so much more. She made her self available throughout our entire trip, checking in and making sure things were going smoothly, offering last minute activity and food suggestions, answering any questions we had and she some how managed to get us dining at Be Our Guest for 8 people to celebrate my granddaughters birthday! We tried so hard to get that reservation and I just cannot thank her enough it made our entire trip more than magical!

Nikki did a wonderful job of helping us to plan our trip! When bad weather hit our city she worked tirelessly to get quickly moved to dates that would work for us. We couldn't be happier!
