She took time to help me figure out the best plan given our time constraint, kids age groups, meal preferences etc, and laid it all out and made our whole trip so pleasant! Comparing With & Without Travel Help!

Molly was our travel agent and she absolutely blew me away. There are a couple reasons for this. I am a person that loves the trip or vacation… when I GET THERE. The trip there can be a little bit stressful for me. Molly was available through text, call, and even zoom. She took the time to listen and get a vibe for what we wanted out of our trip. She's an empathetic person that absolutely gets the big picture. I had the incorrect assumption that travel agents were for people that lived a little more of a lavish lifestyle than what we were used to. I could not have been more incorrect. She basically helped us out with the steps I didn't think of and completely made it a trip that I looked forward to and enjoyed. My parents went on a trip about 3 weeks after our trip to Walt Disney. I ended up playing the role that Molly did for us for my parents and realized very quickly the immense help she provided for us. She definitely has my recommendation and my gratitude.

I cannot give Molly enough praise for the fantastic job she did with our Disney Vacation! Planning for our family of 8, with six kids ranging in age from 2-15, was no small task. Add onto that a mid-week trip to Universal Studios and coordinating our Disney parks and dinners with another family, I truly don't think I could have made this trip any more complicated. Viking Cruise

Molly was the best, our family had never been on a Disney trip before and I have friends that are always planning months and months in advance. This was not the case for us, We found and contacted Molly and in less than 4 weeks we were there in a resort at Disney! Molly worked with us on a very short schedule and planned pretty much everything for our 6 night stay in the Resort and our 5 day adventures in the 4 different parks. We will never go back to Disney unless we book it with Molly. She helped us with every facet of our trip from resort booking, park passes, transportation to and from airport as well as answered all of our questions (and trust me we had a lot). Molly was fantastic! When I found out my existing Wine and Dine weekend plans were nixed due to Covid I decided to rebook an entire new trip with Molly and she took care of everything! The most magical experience!

When it came time to planning our daughter’s first Disney trip I knew I had to call Molly! She is the best around! Molly helped us through all the changes at Disney with the new dining plan to the new multipass system. Thanks to Molly we felt confident using the app to book our rides and update our dining plans throughout the trip. Molly was there for us when our trip started out a little rocky because my daughter got sick, she helped us come up with a back up plan for our dining but thankfully we didn’t need it. 20th Anniversary Cruise through Italy & Greece

After her help with multiple Disney World trips, we asked her to help us plan our European cruise to Greece & Italy. No matter what issues we encountered (whether it was helping us find a back up hotel options coming home from Italy because the "free NCL flight" had a tight turnaround or patiently answering all my questions about trip insurance) she's always quick to provide quality options to fit any and all budgets! Beaches Negril

Molly planned our 6 day trip to Beaches Negril Jamacia for our family of 4. She was excellent at finding a room that suited our needs within the budget we had proposed. The week was amazing and if you have kiddos Beaches is the best place to go for an all-inclusive. This is our second experience using Molly, she planned our Disney trip as well a few years ago, which was flawless. I hope she doesn't retire soon because we'll be back to have her plan our next one as well!

Great service through Molly

Molly was exactly what we needed. Trying to plan a trip with my family to San Diego, we were overwhelmed with all the choices. Molly helped us narrow it down within a matter of days. We had a little hiccup at the very beginning of our trip with the rental car that was completely my fault, (my DL was expired and they would not rent a car to me OR change the reservation to my husband's name). The rental place was not going to help me at all get it fixed. I called Molly, she answered right away and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Such a relief to have her in my corner. She was more than we expected, sent great follow ups while planning the trip, and was very responsive throughout the entire process. Will absolutely use her again.

Perfect planner for a Disneyland vacation

Molly helped us plan a last minute trip to Disneyland and it was just perfect! She listened to what we wanted to do and gave us 4 great hotel options to fit our budget. When we decided against staying at the Disneyland resort hotels, she tracked down 2 great options that were only a 10 minute walk away. Can I say daunting, overwhelming, confusing, frustrating & down right nerve wracking. Molly Juba to the rescue!! Need I say more? Yes I do! What a fine knowledgeable, efficient & light hearted agent. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the ease of getting all the details in order. I’m sure Molly was busy, but she took time to work with my husband & I when I placed the call. She was ready with answers to our questions and when she didn’t know said she’d get back to us soon with an answer. And that’s just what she did. Molly listens to your wishes and plans accordingly but also is good at offering suggestions you don’t think about and she looks for ways to save you money. Now that’s a deal breaker! Every aspect of our FL Disney trip was flawless. I loved the way she stayed I touch via text wondering how the trip was going & if we needed any help along the way to just reach out with a call or text. Molly was amazing - from the very beginnings of our family's plan all the way through to the day we left Disney to come home. She listened, gave wonderful suggestions, stayed on top of our various reservations (even grabbing late restaurant openings for us while we were at the resort), taught us all about Genie+, and was patient and super-responsive with all of our questions and concerns. Dream Disney/Universal Family Vacation

I cannot give Molly enough praise for the fantastic job she did with our Disney Vacation! Planning for our family of 8, with six kids ranging in age from 2-15, was no small task. Add onto that a mid-week trip to Universal Studios and coordinating our Disney parks and dinners with another family, I truly don't think I could have made this trip any more complicated. But Molly made it all happen seamlessly and perfectly! She booked everything for us from hotels, meals, fast-passes and everything we needed at Universal as well. Besides taking care of all of the details, she had invaluable insights on all aspects of our trip, so much so that I was even texting her while we were on our trip, asking for her opinion on various things. My older children even started referring to Molly as my BFF, which I proudly embraced! :) Always upbeat, positive and thorough, Molly was absolutely wonderful to work with!

I learned of Molly through my daughter and son-in-law who had recently used her to help them plan their Disney World trip. I had some issues with our wristbands and Disney Passes and even though she had no obligation to help me, she did so very kindly and was absolutely a "trip saver".
