Had a great time on our cruise! Cabin location was excellent! Zero noise from the Music Hall even though it was right around the corner. The automatic elevators seemed slow, but eventually seemed to manage the flow pretty well. Food was great and plentiful. We loved the layout with 7 bars center ship on decks 5 and 6. Also a pleasant surprise was that Customs had Facial Recognition in the terminal when we got back so clearing Customs was a breeze! One thing we would recommend for future travelers—consider buying The Key add on. You automatically get on the ship with the first group, you get a nice sit down lunch on embarkation day, free wifi, reserved seating at most shows, and (most importantly) you and your luggage get off the ship first at the end. For us, it was worth the few dollars extra.

Working with Alan has made our lives so much easier! We have used Alan to plan multiple family vacations, and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions that we have made. Alan takes all of the stress out of traveling—he handles every single detail and we are able to just enjoy our vacation without having to worry. Alan booked our first family trip to Disney. There was a lot to know especially when visiting three different parks and Alan was on top of everything. He gave us dining ideas, park ideas and transportation ideas. He went above and beyond while we were on our trip to make sure we have everything we needed.
