Jenni always responded quickly with any questions or concerns I had, even when we were on vacation. She made changes to our reservation when we had some small issues with travel dates. Jenni , also checked in on us while we were on vacation to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything, she is super caring, very friendly and helpful. we plan to book another vacation hopefully soon.

Jenni Irving expertly and patiently assisted my family in organizing our trip to Disneyworld and Universal Florida. She coordinated transportation to and from the airport and the parks, scheduled some of our table service meals, gave us insight on which hotels would best meet our needs, and demonstrated on to use Disney's Genie+ app. After we returned home Jenni assisted in resolving an issue we were having with our photos. I highly recommend Jenni as a resource to rely on when you're planning your next vacation!!

Jenni has helped me plan 2 trips to Disneyworld/Universal Studios. She is always so quick to answer my questions, is patient with me always changing around my resorts/adding days/etc! We had some Disney IT glitches w/ our account during both of our vacations, and Jenni took care of them for us so that we didn't have to worry about it and we could just enjoy our vacay! We were only supposed to go once, but we had such a great time that we went back 2 years later, and now...we're even thinking about a 3rd trip!! I'd definitely recommend Jenni! :)

Jenni was great with planning our first Disney World trip. I had no idea where to begin, and within hours of contacting her she had the plans taking shape. She made great recommendations and had helpful hints for us to make the most out of our vacation.

Jenni isn't just a travel agent, she's a travel expert! Working with her was one of the best travel decisions that we have made. Her services are free, which is awesome! She was able to answer every question that we asked, and gave us some helpful advice about Uber. She had also personally traveled to our vacation destination recently, and her experience there provided us with a lot of information.
She is very organized, making sure that our payments were on time and even calling us days before our trip to see if we had any last minute questions.
