Jessica helped us plan and prepare for our trip to Disney. She was helpful and understanding, especially when planning for some needed accommodations. She was detailed oriented and sent us helpful reminders and info to keep us on track with planning. I highly recommend Jessica as a Disney planner.

My wife and I booked multiple trips to Disney World with Jessica. From booking the resort to getting us into very cool experiences at Disney World, she brings The Magic. The value of having a real person to help us book our trips is far superior to just doing it ourselves. Jessica is always there to answer questions, clearly explain details, guide us through an awesome trip and make the experience very fun. Especially when Disney makes all of their bippity boppity updates or changes, Jessica is on top of it all. I’m impressed with the amount of knowledge she brings to the table, moreover the patience to not overwhelm us with so much info right away. As promotions become available, she applies them to our trip reducing our cost, and informs us of any new and special events that she can get us into, sometimes before the masses. She always builds our excitement and anticipation as our trips get closer. Jessica has been great with every trip we book through her. She’s definitely our go to!

From the start, Jessica shows you she is the best. She listens to what you want and coordinates everything for you! She’s an excellent communicator. However, she truly cares that her clients have the best time! She goes the extra mile and do whatever is needed no matter day/time. She helped book extras at Disney at midnight. When weather caused us to be stuck at an airport, she helped cancel our itinerary and even though we didn’t have insurance, she advocated for the refunds. When at 9pm that same night we wanted to rebook, she helped rebook everything asap so we could have the trip we wanted. I cannot tell you how grateful we are for her assistance!
