Gina helped us plan a trip to Walt Disney World in March, 2024. We usually plan our own travel, including to WDW, but decided to try using a travel agent. Gina absolutely exceeded our expectations! Not only did she make all of the scheduling easy but she gave us helpful advice on making choices, monitored our vacation window for new deals, and provided a comprehensive trip summary which included suggestions on how to make our trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Gina was also VERY easy to work with. She was very responsive to emails and repeatedly let us know that she was available if we needed assistance. This was such a good experience that less than a month after returning I have already contacted Gina to help us plan our next vacation!

Convoluted but ended up great

Gina has been our vacation planner for a couple of years now and we could not be happier.
Gina is a true professional and always there for us. Gina has guided us through travel planning for both land and sea vacations, even when our family faced unexpected medical challenges. Gina was always the calm in our storm rescheduling travel when necessary and making our vacation happen.
Our most recent trip was a Disney cruise. Gina got us the stateroom we wanted, kept us apprised of deadlines, etc right up to sailing, and checked in with us to be sure all was well.
We have two future Disney cruises booked through Gina as well as an onboard booking voucher for a future sailing.
We are so pleased with Gina we referred our neice and her husband to Gina for a Disney cruise. They are as happy with Gina assistance we are.

Universal Orlando 2026

Costa Rica Family Vacation

We just returned from a wonderful, three-generation trip to the Westin Reserva Conchal resort in Costa Rica. We first connected with Gina over a Walt Disney World trip 2 years ago. It was such a great experience that since that time we have worked with her for an additional WDW trip, a Disney Cruise, a Universal Orlando trip, a trip to Jamaica, and now Costa Rica! We already have a trip to Mexico and a return to Universal planned through Gina. We used to plan all of our vacations on our own but after experiencing her knowledgeable and attentive approach to vacation planning we are all in on planning through Gina! I am pretty confident in my Disney planning skills but she has always had helpful tips and tricks that have elevated our theme park trips. And now that we have done two all-inclusive beach trips through her I can add enthusiastically how great she has been at steering us towards the best options!

Gina has been a highly skilled and kind travel planner for us for several years. She has exceeded all expectations especially when we are planning last minute and have budget restrictions, and still have an epic trip with tons of amazing experiences and fond memories! Everything from a Disney/Universal Studios blitz when we surprised one of our kids who had dreamed of going on specific rides (hello Star Wars!) his whole life, and also a summer Alaska vacation most recently with our now older kids who wanted some tough hikes and encounters with sled dogs and a wildlife day cruise to see killer whales and many other animals, and glaciers. Loved the Jewel of the Seas

Our trip was transcendent. Gina was amazing. This was our first time working with a travel agent and Gina did not disappoint. She exceeded everything we thought a travel agent should be. Is it possible to rate a trip 10 stars? I’ve been working with Gina for a few years now booking Walt Disney World and Cruise vacations and most recently she helped me book a last minute cruise on Virgin Voyages. My friend had let me know that she was surprising her husband with a Virgin Cruise for his birthday and she was hoping I’d join them since she knew I was a fan of the line. She had already booked, but I knew I could probably do better by going through my trusted travel agent, Gina. Boy was I right. Gina was not only able to get my Deep Blue Extras applied (Virgin’s loyalty program) but she was also able to apply some onboard credit for booking with her. Since this trip occurred after Christmas and my birthday I asked my family to contribute to my vacation in lieu of presents. They worked with Gina to do this and my family said the process was really easy. The icing on the cake was there was a gift of chocolate and nonalcoholic wine waiting in my stateroom from Gina. Gina helped plan a Disney World vacation with my family (1 set of grandparents, 2 sets of parents, 5 grandkids ages 6 months 20 months, 3, 3, and 6, and 2 aunts). Gina was instrumental in getting us exactly what we needed for the trip. Overall, the trip was perfect (minus the weather which unfortunately Gina cannot control). Our accommodations were beautiful and our 2 dinner reservations were amazing (shout out to Gina to getting us into the Disney princess dinner at the castle). Gina is so knowledgeable and SO helpful. We have decades of experience in planning our own trips but after using Gina last Spring we booked two more trips with her and plan to continue! Gina was great with meeting our needs and wants for this trip. Booking was a smooth process. When our flight was delayed she was on top of it to help us figure everything out bc we are not travelers so we had no idea. Communication was great! The only thing that we struggled with was when booking the return flight we didn’t have seats chosen and we weren’t aware that the seating was limited I just so happen to check to ensure we had everything in order so we could get back home. We were told that we could wait until we got to the gate to get seats assigned but we just purchased them to ensure we had seats bc otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten back home on the flight. So I would say we were looking for a little more communication on that. Additionally, the resort did not have hot water so I don’t know if there is a way to know this in the future but just fyi it was allot fun taking hot showers. Would recommend Gina to friend and family. Thanks for everything!
