Jennifer helped me plan my family cruise to Bermuda from Boston for 10 people! She was courteous and very knowledgeable about the whole process. This was our first cruise thru Norwegian Cruise Line and she never failed to get us the answers we had. We started the process 13 months out and she kept us all in the loop throughout the entire time. Jennifer has organized three trips for me and she will be planning our next one, without a doubt. Jennifer planned our trip to Aruba in February. We wanted an all exclusive, adults only resort with a casino. Jennifer booked us at the RIU. This was a newly acquired property of the RIU chain, and was next door to their sister family resort. We could come and go back and forth between the 2 resorts as we wanted. It was great! We had the adult exclusivity whenever we wanted it, yet we could go next door to eat or be at the larger pool if we wanted. Everything was wonderful! Accommodations, food, pool facility, casino. We had a marvelous time. We ran into a mechanical difficulty with our return flight and Jennifer was instrumental in getting us refunds for all parts of our interrupted journey, and reimbursement for the rental car we had to drive home from Philly to Rochester. For that reason alone, I will never be without a travel agent. Especially one as knowledgeable and experienced as Jennifer.
