We first connected with R5 Travel in 2023 when we began planning our destination wedding. At the time, we weren’t quite sure where to start, but the team at R5 guided us every step of the way. From helping us select the perfect location to coordinating all of the travel arrangements for both us and our guests, their service was exceptional. Any time we had questions or needed assistance, the staff was always accessible—whether by email, phone, or in-person appointments. They were incredibly accommodating, supportive, and professional throughout the entire planning process. We officially tied the knot in July 2025, and we’re so grateful to have had R5 Travel by our side through it all. Every team member we interacted with was courteous, respectful, and committed to making our experience stress-free. We will absolutely be using R5 again for future travel, and highly recommend them to anyone planning a special trip or event.

Deanna and the staff did a great job planning our trip to Jamaica. From scheduling to the car transportation to the airport then accommodation on the plane. Had us picked up in Jamaica and transported to our resort in Jamaica. Staff at the resort were welcoming, professional, and accommodating to our needs. Deanna was very helpful when me and my family all took a cruise, it was a wonderful vacation.

Deanna did a superb job of planning our 18th time to RIU Tropical Bay Palace in Negril, Jamaica. We barely had to lift a finger. She listened to all of our needs and made sure they were met from the time we woke up to travel to the airport, all the way up to the time we got back home. We were able to book the flight we had in mind, and we were able to reserve our seats to where we wanted to sit. Additionally, we were able to book ocean front rooms. When we got to the airport, my family was able to receive the accommodations we needed, including a quick check in, wheelchair accommodation, and easy boarding. When we landed we were greeted with wonderful employees set to help with our wheelchair accommodations and had no problems navigating the airport or customs. We had pre-booked transportation from MBJ to our resort and that was quick, as we spent less than an hour in the airport from the time we landed to the time we left for the resort. Our booking at the resort was exactly what we wanted and expected, Deanna made sure of it. When it was time to leave, we were sad, but pleased that Deanna had also made that painless. We really could not have booked a better vacation without the help from Deanna. We will definitely back to Deanna, the sooner the better, to book our next adventure.

When planning my first cruise I almost made several mistakes. I stopped into R5 Travel and was professionally advised I was wrong. Deanna helped plan my cruise for me and my wife’s 20th anniversary.
