Lisa Emmi was absolutely wonderful! She worked day and night to get our itinerary together. Unlike other tourist agencies, Lisa made sure she personalized our experiences to our liking. Lisa planned our trip to Cuba and spared no detail while doing it. She did a ton of planning before even meeting with us to lay out our options. She knew the type of trip we wanted, where we were flexible and delivered a perfect itinerary the first time. Every day of our trip was made so easy with personal drivers and concierge check ins. We felt like royalty! My husband and I will NEVER plan our own trips again. Lisa booked us a private day tour with a driver and guide that wowed us. We would never have thought to do that! No detail was missed and it allowed us to just enjoy our time and not worry about scheduling drivers or arriving on time. It was amazing.
