First cruise - Excellent cruise line and crew.

Although it seemed complicated to us, everything fell into place just like Jenn said it would! United Airlines ( 4 flights ) did a great job. Windstar Cruise Line was excellent. The ship , Star Pride, was clean and modern. Stateroom was large, and bathroom was so well set up. Strong, hot water for every shower. Cabin attendant was always keeping our cabin fresh and clean. Dining staff were wonderful. All buffets and served meals were delicious. Deck and tour staffs also outstanding. The port cities were variable. San Juan was nice, Santo Domingo, D.R. was pretty shabby, but was part of the Old Spanish theme of the cruise. Cartagena, Columbia was the biggest surprise. Absolutely huge, modern, clean, no soldiers on the street, friendly, upscale port city. WOW. Colon, Panama, a port city was unremarkable, but Panama City was almost as nice as Cartagena. Huge, modern, clean, comfortable. We struggled a bit with language issues between crew and tour guides, but they tried hard, and we tried hard, also, and it all worked out! Fun trip! Thanks, Jenn!

Family Trip to Punta Cana

How many people do you know that carry their Travel Agent's card with them in their wallet? My husband and I have referred Jenn to our colleagues and friends for 15 years. She knows all there is to know about cruises. We cruised for our 20th wedding anniversary and Jenn secretly arranged to have a butler at our disposal. We were treated like royalty.
Her expertise extends beyond cruises. Jenn assisted us with touring Italy for our 25th wedding anniversary through Perillo tours. We had never been to Italy or travelled on a group tour prior. Jenn made arrangements to have every courtesy extended and we had the time of our lives. If you're travelling, consult with her. It'll be worth it!
