I always wanted to be in the travel industry, and graduated from Boyd Travel School in Pittsburgh in 1989 and began working for Northwest Airlines.  After the merger with Delta Air Lines in 2009, I retired in 2011.  I became a licensed massage therapist, and worked in the spa in the Jacksonville International Airport from 2014-2023 when the spa closed.  In 2020, while missing traveling myself, I became a travel agent, and I love booking travel for others, and offering my expertise!

I am a Certified Cruise Counselor, Accredited Cruise Counselor, and Master Cruise Counselor with CLIA (Cruise Line International Association) and I have spent numerous hours doing supplier trainings from cruise lines, hotels, car rentals, tour companies, insurance carriers and all- inclusive resorts.  I have been on over 75 cruises, and in 2023 alone, traveled the Caribbean, Greece, Alaska, Mexican Rivera and went to Munich Germany for Oktoberfest. 

I started cruising in 2001 as a way to see islands, and decide which ones I would like to return to, but just simply fell in love with cruising itself.  I love to leave the pool, go back to my cabin and shower and change and be at dinner in less than an hour. 

Although, I love the Caribbean, cruising through Alaska or Europe is just as amazing and I am excited to venture into river cruising as well!  I have booked group sailings on Royal Caribbean, Princess Cruises and took a group to Munich in 2023.
