I wanted a trip to Scotland that was unusual and covered everything as my family is from there. Barb set up the most amazing trip! It was very logistically complicated, but Barb made it easy for us and provided great detail for the flights and transportation to see not only the regular options, but Shetland Island and Orkeny Island! Barbara matched our interests to the activities available. She found the perfect hotel in a great location. Her knowledge about the area was invaluable. We especially loved the tour company, Teton Scenic Floats and the driver. Barb even set up the airlines with our desired seats. In response to someone confused by all the options of traveling there:
I know exactly how you feel. I thought I could plan our trip to GTNP and Yellowstone, but I quickly felt overwhelmed. I emailed two travel agents recommended in this group, and neither responded. Finally I contacted an agent in Wyoming, and she was AWESOME! She handled everything, gave us options, and responded to every question promptly and completely. I can’t say enough about her!

Barb is very responsive, diligent, and detail-oriented. Without her expertise and special attention to my unique needs, our once-in-a-lifetime trip to New Zealand would not have been such a great experience. I chose to take my special needs son who has autism. Barb made sure we had extra time between our flights, and booked us in hotels that had facilities appropriate for my son.
