Pasindu was an amazing helping us set up our trip to Grand Canyon, Paige, Bryce and Zion. He helped get us hotels and a rental car at lower prices than we were able to find ourselves and then helped us set up a day-by-day itinerary which was completely customized to exactly the type of trip we were looking for. Pasindu helped us plan our trip to Puerto Rico and then it went on lock down. We were super excited to go but had to tell him to cancel everything due to the the lock down. Pasindu handled all the cancellations and got full refunds back for everything (not credits) which we were beyond grateful for. Pasindu was a lifesaver in planning our trip to Utah and even when we made things complicated by coordinating for two separate couples. He was totally willing to help figure out more details or change something he already spent time on. He has always responded so promptly to emails and happily answers all possible questions (trust me, I had plenty!). Not only did he plan our trip for us but when our flights were cancelled by one airline he had a plan B ready for us a few hours later AND he mapped out all restaurants on our path that were allergy safe for one of our travelers! I was on my way to Utah to do a quick 4 day National Parks trip through Zion, Bryce, and Arches. I had already booked flights and a car rental but had absolutely no luck trying to reach Zion’s customer support. Their shuttle system was beyond confusing to understand. I left a comment on their latest Instagram posts and few minutes later, Pasindu had responded with a very clear and helpful response. I reached out to him and he was able to help me adjust my itinerary and tell me about some of the more not as well known trails at the different national parks. He then booked some off-roading and climbing tours that I wasn’t able to find on my own and I ended up having a really great time meeting new people learning some new climbing techniques. Amazing trip!

This was our first time using a travel agent and Pasindu exceeded our expectations!! This was a fairly last minute trip for us and involved multiple stops and he managed to get it all planed and perfected for us. Anniversary trip done right

Found Pasindu for a trip my wife and I wanted to do to Kauai but ended up going to Aruba based on Pasindu's suggestions because of bad floods in Kauai. Spent 5 days and 4 nights overlooking the ocean and getting the sun and ocean air we so badly needed. Tried flyboarding for the first time but definitely not last. Didn't know this was even a thing. But I'm very glad it is. Pasindu made us a map that had the best restaurants, beaches, and other fun stuff in Aruba which we found super convenient. I'd recommend this guy to anyone who wants to have a very seamless trip. Thanks again!

My wife and I had made a rough plan for our honeymoon in Kauai but after reading through how “dangerous” and “physically demanding” some of the hikes were and how to split our time between the parts of the islands, we decided to play it safe and look for a travel agent to help us spruce up our itinerary. We found Pasindu and called to see if he could help us over the phone. Oh and he did. Over many calls. He gave us a 101 course on Kauai for the month of June (our trip), went over each of the hikes we wanted to do (he seems to have just hiked all of Kauai), differences in north vs south, and the best places to stay. We ended up having him just plan and book everything for our trip since he clearly knew more than what we could learn from reading Trip Advisor. And somehow, our trip managed to exceed our already very high expectations of this trip. If you haven’t been to Kauai, you’re missing out. And do yourself a favor and get Pasindu as your travel agent. It was beyond worth it.

Maui Wowie

I went with my husband for a much needed extended vacation from our work to Maui and Kauai and it pretty much blew us away. All I can say is that we are forever spoiled. He booked us oceanfront rooms with the ocean literally below us. Pasindu called us one evening before we had a dive tour and told us that the weather might not be ideal for diving and asked if we wanted to try changing it to a different day. We were bummed since that was the thing we were more excited about. But we decided to change our dive tour to be later in the week. Well...I'm glad we did because we woke up the next morning to some rough seas and very gloomy skies. I'm not sure if they even did the tour that day but I will say that we did go on that tour couple days later in very calm waters and blue skies (and it was perfect). We honestly would not have had this smooth of a trip had Pasindu not been so attentive and responsive.

Most Unforgettable Hiking Adventure of My Life

From the early stages of planning, I was impressed with Pasindu's astuteness to detail and thoroughness. He made sure to gauge my interests through a Google Form and gave me advice on what to pack for my short trip. I went in with no expectations but came out wanting to go on more hiking adventures and with a thirst to explore more of Utah. Pasindu planned an itinerary full of adventure and was the best travel photographer I could have asked for. He planned a kayaking excursion at Quail Creek State Park, a guided hiking tour through Yant Flat, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. If you are looking for an amazing travel experience, here is your guide. Pasindu listened to what we thought we wanted in our travel experience, but most importantly he listened to what we didn’t want. For example, we said we did not want to be moving every other day so he planned our 3-week itinerary to make sure we had the best experiences. He researched and booked our accommodations with our requirements in mind; he reserved electric bikes in Zion and Grand Canyon, and he recommended excursions and hikes. And when we decided to make changes that he had already booked, he did so willingly. He even helped us by providing options for hiking gear. He was extremely easy to work with and was readily available to discuss our trip via emails, texts, and on the phone. He frequently texted us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well. Planning and organizing this trip on our own was a daunting task. We are so glad we found Pasindu! Heaven on earth

My husband and I just came back from probably one of the best trips we will ever go on in our lives (or at least for a very long time). All thanks to Pas.
We found Pas for our honeymoon planning and we told him that we wanted to go to Bora Bora but had NO idea where to start. It's one thing seeing those magical overwater villas in some YouTube video and a whole other thing planning the logistics, picking the right one, etc.
Pas walked us through every single of the resorts, provided us with photos and videos (he personally took) at the best places, and helped us figure out where to stay based on his experience and our interests. He never pushed us to stay at a place just because it was "the thing to do" but rather walked us through all the information and allowed us to make our own decision, which we were blown away by.

Magical Maldives Experience

A GREAT WEEK in Arizona

We were mostly clueless as to how to have a great experience in the Grand Canyon and Sedona. While we read the guides, talked to friends, it takes someone experienced like him to suggest what to do and not to do, for some side trips, vistas, views, hikes, that we never would have found.
He asked a lot of questions, in order to tailor make a great itinerary for us; what level of lodging, skill level for hiking, etc. I've already asked him to plan our trip for next year, as we can't wait to go back.
We had to make some last minute itinerary changes, and he was VERY available to help us.

A trip to remember

Pasindu made planning our trip to Utah super easy. He developed a detailed itinerary that fit in all the Parks (4) we wanted to experience, found reasonable lodging, and included some iconic hikes. He also suggested some hikes (complete with maps) that helped us avoid crowds including one which had the most scenic view of Zion you could imagine. We never would have found that hike without his help! He is the real deal and knows these parks better than anyone. Zion hiking in the Winter

I had a lot of questions about Zion planning, the shuttle passes required over the weekend, and the SR-9 road not requiring shuttle passes. Pas answered all my questions and even gave me a map! I successfully hiked Angels Landing later that week with prime parking! The easy planning by Pas makes me excited to come back to Utah very soon during a different season. A honeymoon in paradise

We reached out to Pasindu to help us with a 2 week honeymoon to French Polynesia. The very next day the three of us were on a video chat getting a briefing on all the different islands of FP and the good and bad of each of the resorts. Even though our honeymoon was over half a year away, Pasindu finished planning everything (activities and all!) in a week and made us feel we were taken care of. Fast forward two weeks before our trip, Pasindu video chatted with us again and went over all the requirements (and again called us a couple days before our flight) and made sure the plan was as seamless and solid as possible. We felt like the travel agents with the knowledge we learned! As for the honeymoon, I have no words. We spent a week in Moorea and a week in Bora Bora at two resorts and it was even better than we could imagine. I don't have the words to describe it. National Parks Vacation!

Very grateful for Pasindu for planning our Utah trip! I have always wanted to explore Utahs beauty but didn’t know where to start. Pasindu was so easy to communicate with. He made the entire process so easy. He made sure we got all of our bucket list items planned while also recommending lesser known locations. We got to explore Zion, Bryce, Moab, and Page. Our hotels were in excellent locations in the middle of everything. He customized it exactly to the type of trip we were looking for. The final itinerary had a day-to-day list of our hikes and activities with all of the confirmations hyperlinked. It was fantastic and I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

Southwest National Park Tour

Working with Pasindu was a pleasure from start to finish. He listened carefully to our family's goals for this trip of a lifetime as well as our likes and preferences. We traveled to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Page AZ, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon, so he had quite a lot to coordinate! He made recommendations and designed an itinerary that fit us perfectly, complete with restaurant suggestions based on dietary needs. Amazing ski trip to Deer Valley

Honeymoon in Curacao

Bucket list trip success!

I worked with Pas on 2 very unique trips. First was for our family of 6 (4 older children) on a tour through the Southwest. From amazing accommodations, to the best tour guides and experiences, to dinner recommendations and reservations to little known spots off the beaten path, we could not have asked for more. So many memories made with our children ??
The second trip was with my parents and two sisters to Hawaii. A very different pace was needed with more laid-back activities. He did it again, we loved every minute from the snorkeling to the helicopter to our private tours of both Oahu and Maui.
I can’t say enough about Pas. From the time he takes to understand what you are looking for in the trip, to being there every moment for assistance when on the trip, to truly feeling like he is invested in your trip’s success. If you have a bucket list trip that you want to take, you will not be disappointed if Pas plans it!

Unbelievable 50th Birthday Trip to tour National P

Pasindu was able to plan an unbelievable trip out west for my wife's 50th birthday. He spent time understanding our interests and preferences when traveling before putting together a draft itenerary for our review. He then tweaked it to further meet our desires. He did a great job of explaining options and potential experiences while setting expectations based on his real world experiences in the places we would be visiting. Once we agreed on the revsions to the itenarry he created a final version with all the details we needed including links to our tickets and reservations that he would handle.
His attention to detail made the trip seamless and allowed us to enjoy every moment of the trip. Even when the weather did not cooperate with our plans, he pivoted quickly, reaching out to us and providing alternative options.

He planned our family trips to UT and AZ, and he makes sure you don’t miss out on any experience. You will kayak, off-road, bike, hike, see all the amazing spots and sunsets. Our most recent trip that Pasindu helped with was to India, but he has helped us plan numerous trips, and we would not plan a trip without him. Pasindu is on top of every detail from start to finish, both during the planning of the trip and during the trip itself from the moment we leave home until the moment we return. He has created custom daily itineraries for us, flight itineraries that meet our specific requirments, and he has always been available during our trips to handle unforseen issues. The most unreal honeymoon!

Pasindu was sooo essential to the success of our honeymoon trip to French Polynesia. He guided us through the whole planning process and made the honeymoon planning a great experience. I had paragraphs of questions for him and he was so patient throughout the whole thing.

Pasindu organized the BEST national parks trip for us! We needed some help figuring out what the best spots were to go and how to go about it all and Pas did everything for us! He's super knowledgable about the area and coordinated everything for us - figured out the best route to take, booked all the hotels, tour guides, etc. He provided us with a very detailed daily itinerary, gave plenty of restaurant recommendations and was in touch with us every day during the trip. I haven’t used a travel agent for 30 years but I’m so glad I used Pasindu on this trip through the Southwest. He is super friendly and responsive. His kickoff call determines what type of vacation your want. His agenda is built around your activity and travel desires. His follow up call the week before the trip assures you know and have all that you need and his daily texts to greet you, help you with reservations, or make alternate plans if necessary are all super helpful. Maldives is a dream come tru

Pas planned our honeymoon to Maldives just perfectly. We traveled in style with a 2 night layover in Doha, Qatar where everything was handled for us. He rolled out the red carpet for us from the time we got off in Doha. We were ushered through customs and immigration with our own personal agent followed by black car service to our Park Hyatt Hotel. We got to experience Qatar (cool combination of modern and cultural activities) the following day with our own private guide and driver. Even our departure was seamless with an agent walking us through everything all the way to our gate. Once we got to Maldives, Pas had arranged an expedited service through the airport, so we skipped all the hot sweaty lines and met our hotel representative quite quickly and took our seaplane to the Landaa Giraavaru Four Seasons Hotel where we had the MOST MAGICAL time for the next week. Pas, thank you for a magical honeymoon and here's to hoping we get to work together in the future!

We started our discussion with Pasindu 10 months prior to our trip to Little Dix Bay. From the first moment we spoke, we knew we were in great hands. I'm an extreme planner, so everything from excursions to dinner is always 100% booked, Pasindu took care of everything! Even better, he was there from the beginning to the end of our trip checking on us. He told us before we left, "don't worry, I'll be with you", and he was! He checked on us b/t connections to assure our flights were going as planned to and from, watching out for any curve balls the airlines may throw our way and throughout our trip simply asking "how's it going?". Our Fab Southwest Adventure

Working with Pasindu from start to finish was more than I could have ever imagined. He was a wealth of information and mapped out our own trip with various tours along the way. After emailing to get started, we chatted via phone so he could get an idea of what we were really interested in. Minor questions were answered via text. Once the itinerary was complete, we phoned again to go ever everything. Pasindu came up with suggestions that we never would have found for tours and accommodations (or 'stepped out of our box' to try). AMAZING!! Our trip took us through the Mighty Utah Five, Grand Canyon, and Sedona. Honeymoon of Our Dreams

Working w/ Pasindu was the best decision we made (picking the destination was second best decision we made)! Here are some of the top things Pasindu went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR (1) Booked ALL our flights getting to & from French Polynesia...connecting ferrys, flights, car transportation, boats etc. (2) Booked ALL of our hotels/ accommodations (3) Booked ALL of our excursions. Pasindu emailed us an itinerary saying when to be ready, where we will get picked up, who will be coming for us, etc. (4) Helped change ALL but ONE of our flights during the actual honeymoon (5) Communication. Best Trip Ever to Utahs Mighty Five

Pasindu is extraordinary! I reached out to Pasindu to give him our wish list and budget. His first agenda met all those wishes and a few extras. It was nice to have options, many which we would not have known about. After picking, Pasindu booked EVERYTHING for us (minus airfare and car), put together a DETAILED itinerary for us and spent an hour going over everything. We went on a 4X4 ATV adventure, whitewater rafting down the Colorado, and rented ebikes to explore Zion (which we did twice-FUN!). We stayed in a beautiful condo in Moab and a gorgeous hotel in Zion. We were able to have an amazing adventure as a family. He checked in with us often and made himself available if we had questions. Pasindu was a delight to work with, incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and provided us with one of the best vacations we've ever had. The absolute best part about Pasindu is his kindness and passion for his clients. I have a new friend that I hope I get to meet and hug one day.

Pasindu planned our passage through Arizona and Utah (Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Canyonlands and Arches national parks)and it was a trip of a lifetime! Pasindu was extremely easy to work with and basically rerouted our trip to add in an additional stop (Hoover Dam) that my family requested. I was very impressed with his ability to listen to our family’s wants and create a trip with excursions making it into a reality! Pasindu throughly explained and communicated with us the entire time from start to finish of our trip and beyond ( the itinerary was beyond thorough with links and QR codes, absolutely everything we needed for the entire trip)! A memory for a lifetime!

Pasindu was the best! As someone who doesn’t travel a lot, i don't know much about travel. I first inquired to Pasindu about a trip to the Maldives and he was able to find a 5 star resort within my budget. I constantly stayed in contact with him for a period of about a month until I finally decided to get ahead and book the trip. Pasindu was always reaching out to make sure I had taken care of any forms or anything needed to gain entry to the Maldives. He was able to answer all my questions or get the answers for me. Even during my stay, he would reach out to make sure if everything was well and if I needed anything. This was by far one of the best experiences I had and it helped to have a caring travel agent like Pasindu who made sure to take of me from the time I inquired about the trip all the way till the end when I got back.

When I received our 35-page itinerary, it was pure joy!! Pasindu had planned the most adventurous trip for my family -customized perfection!
During the planning process, Pasindu sent me countless options from which to choose. We then video chatted to finalize/customize our adventure.
From our flights, hotels, excursions, restaurants, to even our level of difficulty hiking trails, every detail was perfectly covered.

At first, we weren't sure that we wanted to use a travel agent, but we decided to go for it. It was the BEST DECISION! I don't think I'll ever plan another trip overseas without Pasindu's help. We traveled to the French Polynesian Islands for two weeks and it was the trip of a lifetime. Pasindu was incredible not only during the planning process, but also throughout the entirety of the trip. He gave great suggestions after getting to know our priorities, planned everything, and gave us thorough planning documents that helped with each part of traveling. He never pushed an agenda, rather, he gave us all the tools and information we’d need to create the best trip for us. We had a couple bumps during the trip like an airport firefighter's strike causing us to have to completely reconfigure our plans. Pasindu helped us take care of everything. This was my wife and my first time using a travel agent for a trip. We went from not knowing how travel agents worked to knowing exactly how Pasindu would be able to help us in the first several minutes of our phone call. His process was simple enough for even us oldies to follow without an issue. Within a week we had all our plans secured for our trip to French Polynesia and we seemed to know more about the islands than our neighbors who had visited a year ago. My wife and I were impressed with both the seamless process and Pasindu's overall knowledge on the islands. We will definitely use him again.

Maldives trip of a lifetime

My now husband and I found Pasindu on google after looking up travel agents for Maldives for our honeymoon several months ago. It was our first time working with a travel agent and we were a little nervous going in. But Pasindu literally made this whole experience one we will remember for years to come. He taught us about the different kinds of resorts and why some are all inclusive and why some aren't. He listened to our priorities and helped us really understand where our money was going to be best spent. We ended up staying at two different resorts during our time there and it was definitely better than anything we could've expected. All our expectations were blown out of the water and Pasindu even communicated with the hotels during our stay to make our stay extra smooth. My husband and I are already saving up for round 2 in Asia. We can't wait to work with Pasindu again!

Best honeymoon ever

Pasindu, was unbelievably helpful when it came to planning my honeymoon. I reached out to him and within a few hours of our first conversation, he had all the activities and resort options ready for me to review. His knowledge about the resorts in the Maldives and his recommendation were so helpful in deciding the best location for us to honeymoon. Also, I cant stress how reliable he is. Anytime I had questions day or not (before and even during our honeymoon) he was quick to respond and always helpful. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a solid reliable and knowledgeable travel agent.

Knowledgable and observant

We reached out to Pasindu after a couple of weeks of trying to plan a honeymoon trip to Maldives ourselves and finally giving up with the amount of overwhelming information out there. Let me just say that within a day of reaching out to him, we felt we knew more about Maldives than we had learned in the weeks we tried to plan this on our own. Pasindu was very transparent with the pros and cons with the options he presented to us and we actually felt he truly cared about finding the right resort for us. He listened and asked important questions that we weren't even thinking of like our preferences about having bicycles on the resort for transportation to the depth of the water during high/low tide to different cultures we can expect at different resorts. Should've done this sooner and saved the stress but oh well. :) My fiancé and I are very grateful for him and can't wait for our trip!!!

Why can I only give five stars?! This travel agent deserves a billion stars. For context, I am a high experienced traveler, having been to nearly 60 countries. I’ve used dozens of travel agents and Pasindu is definitely, HANDS DOWN, the absolute best. Great service. Stellar follow through. And priceless attention to details. I will use him for all trips in the future. And no one else.

The most incredible trip yet!

I first reached out to Pasindu for help booking airline tickets as I had already booked our resort. Pasindu handled not only the airfare, making sure he got us the best deal possible, but everything else! He took care of booking a hotel for a necessary layover in Tahiti, transportation to and from that hotel, tickets for the inter-island flight to Bora Bora, as well as coordinating our transportation to and from the St. Regis Resort.
Pasindu’s service went beyond making reservations and included packing and traveling tips which were very helpful. He also has the perfect balance of reaching out to check on you while giving you peace to enjoy your vacation.
His choices of flights, hotels, and transportation was fantastic. No detail was overlooked. His service greatly exceeded my expectations and I can’t recommend him enough!

Amazing trip around Arizona!

Pasindu exceeded our expectations! He was a phenomenal travel agent- from the moment we contacted him until we got home! His communication is superb- quickly answering questions, concerns, etc. We shared with him the places we wanted to visit and he made it happen!!! We visited Bearizona, Grand Canyon, Lower Antelope Canyons, Horseshoe Bend, Monument Valley, and Sedona! He made sure to stay within our budget- he handled everything from booking our plane (even checking us in), booking the car rental, all of our hotels, tours, etc! He gave us a packing list, an extremely detailed itinerary, QR codes to our tours, exact gps routes, and places to eat, with optional suggestions as well! I would 100% recommend using him again!

Pasindu Wewegama was absolutely amazing to work with. He was so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, communicative and a joy to work with. He worked so hard at making sure we had the best trip. He listened to our needs and delivered an exceptional experience. He put together a highly professional itinerary with Q Codes and extensive details about our hotels, transfer and activities. He checked in with us a couple of times to make sure things were going as planned and even checked in wiping our return to make sure we got home without any issues. Pasindu was amazing to work with! My sister in law and boyfriend were traveling to St. Thomas for the holidays and my husband and I wanted to plan something special for them. Pasindu helped us to arrange a taxi service to and from one of the best restaurants on the island where they enjoyed a 9 course meal and wine tasting. Pasindu navigated the process of prepaying everything (including the taxes and tip) so they didn't have to worry about anything. They LOVED the experience and call it the highlight of their trip. They even used the car service later in the trip to get back to the airport. They also met with and took a photo with Jerry at Blue 11 who helped to make their whole experience incredible.
This was all for a trip during the holidays, so the fact that Pasindu was as responsive as he was (answered within hours if not minutes) is very impressive. I would definitely recommend working with Pasindu!

I'm sure there are many ways to do an island hopping trip in Hawaii but I'm also sure Pasindu found one of the, if not THE, best way to do it. My wife loves the ocean and I'm a sucker for biking and hiking. Pasindu ended up creating us an itinerary where we would hike in the morning at some of the best overlooks and then lounge and snorkel in the evening in the clearest waters I've seen. Oh and some of the most relaxing afternoon naps in our shaded balcony. Best trip we've ever taken . Here's to hoping Pasindu will plan all our anniversary trips from now on. Mahalo!!!

Trip to Arizona

Pasindu is super knowledgeable, super professional and super nice! He helped plan a trip to Arizona for us in December. He knows so much about the area and has great suggestions that fit your preferences. He really cares about creating a great experience for his clients, we talked on the phone at 11pm to make sure we could get a certain tour that was selling out. Unfortunately we had to cancel the trip at the last minute, but I am looking forward to using our itinerary soon, and booking other trips with Pasindu.

Pasindu was amazing throughout all steps of my trip! He had many suggestions and was able to accommodate all of my requests when planning my trip. When I needed to make changes to the trip he was able to do that for me without any hesitation. I loved the itinerary that he wrote up for me that gave me a step by step schedule with added travel suggestions. I have never felt so organized! One of our tours was canceled due to weather and Pasindu immediately informed me of the cancelation and was able to find an alternative tour. I can't say enough about how wonderful Pasindu is! Perfect Ski Vacation

We wanted to take a ski vacation and with the help of Pasindu, we had a fantastic trip to Park City, Utah. Flights, a condo close to the lifts, lift tickets, equipment rental, snow mobile adventure, restaurant recommendations, logistics, all arranged by Pasindu. Incredible trip through Utah's national parks!

I absolutely cannot say enough about working with Pasindu for our Utah road trip. He mapped out our route, found great places to stay (we did a mix of hotels and camping -- another layer of complication), and amazing excursions, hikes, and adventures. We woke up every morning on our trip knowing exactly what we were doing, which allowed us to focus on having the best time and not stressing about an itinerary. Pasindu knew all the trails and excursions that were worth our time and money. We were able to set out every day knowing we would be seeing and doing the best things, and every day we did something super fun or saw something that blew our minds or notched the most beautiful hike. If you are thinking of a southwest adventure and aren't sure where to start, PLEASE do yourself a favor and book with Pasindu.
