We decided to use a professional to plan our trip to Italy instead of a Packaged tour. Pauline designed an itinerary ( Venice to Sorrento) based on our conversations and budget. We were met at each destination by a representative holding a name board who then led us to our private transportation to our hotels . ( the hotels were all first class accommodations) . Private tours were arranged each day and there can’t be said enough to express the joy of bypassing lines of tourists (that are blocks long ). to the front, listening to our guide speak to the gate keeper and allowing us to pass through. Pauline arranged a trip to Aruba for a family vacation for myself, my wife and our adult children. We had an amazing time and experience! Our children said it was the best vacation of their lives!

My family recently took a trip to Greece. It was one of the best trips we have ever taken. It would not have been the awesome experience, without the expertise of Pauline. She listened to what we were looking for in our vacation and she delivered everything and more. This was our first time travelling overseas and I was a bit nervous. There was no reason for nerves, every detail of our trip from hotels, excursions, flights, transfers, and ferries were well planned and all went off without a problem. It was a pleasure working with Pauline and I would not hesitate using her again and have already recommended her to others.

Pauline was fantastic. On very short notice she was able to pull together a three country itinerary to Egypt, Jordan and Israel. I usually plan my trips myself, but being very unfamiliar with this part of the world, I thought it best to get help. I gave Pauline my parameters: private guide, moderately priced, action packed and fast paced. We had only 10 days, and wanted to maximize our time abroad. Within a day or so she provided a complete itinerary for my review. The tour company that she used was very easy to deal with and was completely amenable to making changes along the way. The guides and drivers that we had in each location were super and absolutely enhanced the trip. I now have a different view of using an agent for my travel needs. In the future, I will definitely call on Pauline to arrange my trips for me.

We didn't know what we wanted--just that we wanted to go to Paris and London. Pauline was knowledgeable, patient, and informative as we processed through our decisions so that we enjoyed some excursions with a tour and balanced it with planning our own events. She was very responsive to our questions around some additional sites we did on our own.

She even tipped us off to some sale luggage (50% plus 20% off!) that was lighter weight and easier to travel with than our outdated luggage. We LOVED our trip! Four days in London, Four days in Paris and the Eurostar in-between. Accommodations were first-rate!

We planned a trip to Australia in 6 weeks and she quickly and promptly got our itinerary set. She worked with us to make sure we had a trip we wanted, although she made some great suggestions for activities based on her experience. She made sure we stayed within budget and was very aware of this for us, always giving us pricing options and letting us know ahead of time what the cost was going to be. There were no hidden costs when we worked with Pauline. She was easily available to us and checked in during our trip to see how we enjoyed it. She made sure to get our visas in a timely manner, which was difficult seeing as we planned the vacation in 6 weeks. She provided us with details about what we were going to be doing each day, but made sure we were ok with everything she had planned. When we asked for changes in the itinerary, there was no hassle while working with Pauline, she made sure everything was promptly taken care of. She is a fabulous agent!
