The thought of planning and booking a honeymoon in the midst of doing all the work for our wedding was daunting. We told Lucy where we wanted to go and when and that was it, she took care of EVERYTHING. When it came to picking a resort, she gave us 2 options but made picking super easy by giving us clear and concise information for both. The resort we chose, Ladera, was AMAZING. It was exactly the kind of place we were looking for. It was so nature focused and the staff was incredible. We decided to stay in Atlanta overnight on the way to and from St. Lucia because of flights and Lucy arranged everything. She booked a nearby hotel, ensuring that they had timely shuttles to and from the airport and gave us "things to do" in Atlanta. She always kept us in the loop with clear and timely communication throughout planning and was always so quick to respond when we had questions. Our honeymoon was perfect and everything went smoothly and we have Lucy to thank for that.

Spent 10 days at Los Cabos, Mexico. I went solo, so wanted to be sure I felt safe, which I totally did. It seemed like absolutely anything I might want, someone on staff would figure out how to get it for me. The whole place, Grand Velas, was fabulous.

We used Lucy to help plan our trip to Australia, and she was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable of the country and very timely in communication! She had our whole itinerary planned down to the very last detail! I would advise not trying to plan your own trip as our trip would not have been as amazing as it was without her advice and assistance! Highly recommend!!!

Lucy is a joy to work with on all the details for major trips. We have used her for trips to Australia/New Zealand and Greece and both trips were perfect at every step. She not only made sure every part of both trips were properly scheduled, she even managed to get us a free upgrade.

Lucy was very responsive to our lack of knowing what we wanted out of our trip. She was able to put together a wonderful vacation with tour guides that really made the trip enjoyable. We threw a late curveball at her when a few days before the trip our daughter injured her foot. Lucy made sure the airline, transfers, and tour guides were all aware and that they would accommodate her injury.

Lucy planned a great trip for us. She took what we wanted to see and made a great, easy to follow plan to do everything we wanted. Always there to answer our questions.

Lucy was referred to me and has proven to be a wonderful travel agent to work with. With relatively short notice, she was able to book a Germany/Austria vacation for my daughters, mother-in-law and me. When Trafalgar canceled our first booking (due to low numbers), Lucy quickly found several other options that suited what I was looking for in my goals to bring my daughters to Germany- and within the same needed timeframe! When I had questions, Lucy was able to answer my questions either via phone conferences or over email. She was thorough with her responses and what would be expected before and during the trip. I had such a great experience that within 3 weeks of returning from Germany I have reached out to her again! This time for Spain with my son!

Traveling halfway around the world was intimidating. Lucy was really good to work with -- before, during, and after our trip. We were traveling to New Zealand for a conference for a week, and wanted to spend an additional 7-10 days seeing the rest of the country. With an initial interview and follow-up emails, Lucy put together an itinerary that addressed our interests (wine tours, Hobbiton, food) as well as places we wouldn't have thought of ourselves (glow-worm caves! sheep shearing!) and have-to-see NZ sights (Milford Sound, a powhiri, Lake Wakatipu). We didn't want to drive, so she was able to find us car service to and from hotels and airports. And when plans didn't quite work out (BTW, there was a cyclone while we were there!), she kept us informed and worked to get monies remitted where appropriate. The travel documents we received were easy to follow, complete, and included links to possible places to eat in each city. We felt that we were in good hands with Lucy N

Lucy is very easy to work with, she listens to what you want to help with your travel experience. We traveled for a month. She scheduled hotels, transportation while in country and small group day tours. We traveled through the eastern half of Australia. Everything went flawlessly.
