This review is long overdue, but the time it took me to write it in no way diminishes the value Julie Couture provided to my family and me during our Disney World trip in September of 2025. My wife and I had been postponing this trip for years, like many families do; both because of the cost and the overwhelming amount of information that comes with planning a Disney vacation. We had been out of the “Disney game” for a long time, and the idea of traveling with one Nana, five children, and the two of us honestly felt beyond possible. From the very beginning, Julie listened to our ideas and hopes with calm, insight, and patience—never once making us feel like anything was unrealistic or out of reach. She presented us with a wide range of thoughtful options tailored to our family’s needs and aligned them with different financial parameters. The plan we ultimately chose was absolutely perfect for us, and despite the cost, we genuinely felt we got exactly what we paid for by the end of the trip. Spoiler alert: Disney is insanely expensive. That said, Julie’s expertise allowed us to squeeze every possible opportunity out of the experience and stretch our dollars to their full potential. Her support truly made the difference. When we hit a brutal eight-hour delay during a layover, Julie immediately stepped in—coordinating with our shuttle service and notifying the resort. The shuttle met us at the new time and location without issue, and the resort handled our check-in remotely. It was one less thing to worry about during an already exhausting travel day, and it meant everything to us. A travel agent may not be necessary for a family camping trip to the White Mountains of New Hampshire, but for a destination as expansive and complex as Disney World, it’s essential. Yes, you can research everything yourself; but there is nothing like having someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in your experience every step of the way...and for us that was Julie.

Thanks to Julie all of my dreams came to life during our Walt Disney world trip. I got to walk down main st on Halloween and then a few days later for Christmas, which have always been bucket list items for me. Julie made my daughter feel so special for her 7th birthday and made sure all of our dining reservations and her BBB reservation all knew she was celebrating her birthday. Julie got me the time slots that I requested for dining etc. I have already rebooked through her and look forward to continuing to do so in the future and I would HIGHLY Recommend her to anyone! I highly recommend Julie as a travel agent! My family took our first trip to Disney, and we had an excellent experience thanks to the help and guidance from Julie. There are so many different things to navigate with a trip to Disney, and Julie helped with all of it (magic band, lightening lane, dining, rides, transportation, photo pass). My husband and I both work full time, and have two young children. Navigating the ins and outs of Disney seemed overwhelming until we started working with Julie. Julie has planned three vacation destinations for me and my family. Simply put she is AWESOME. She checks in on us during our trips and is very detail oriented when it comes to planning. And very very knowledgeable. She is there every step of the way and would highly recommend her to plan your family vacation.

Julie was fantastic from beginning to end. She got us all set up for a cruise to Alaska. She handled our transportation and hotel accommodations. She booked our excursions and even reached out when there was a sale so we could save money. She gave us an itinerary, told us how and what to pack. julie planned a disney trip for my family in 2022. She was extraordinarily awesome , she put together the most awesome trip right down to every detail. Julie’s the best!! We went on a Royal Caribbean cruise followed by two days at universal studios. Julie took care of everything for us, from hotels to transportation, excursions, park passes, you name it she did it! Being first time cruisers and never visiting Universal, Julie provided us with an in depth itinerary that including tips and tricks to help guide us through our vacation. Julie is absolutely amazing, she booked our 5 day trip to Disney. She is so knowledgeable about the parks and all there is to do. She’s there to help every step of the way.
