Luxury Travel Specialist
When I was a little girl, I loved watching planes taking off and landing and was dreaming of flying far away to see the world. Fortunately for me, my dream came true - I have visited over 40 countries, some of them I fell in love with and re-visited many times. I wish to share with you my passion for travel and experiences I gained with over 25 years of experience in the travel industry.
After opening a third privately owned agency in post-soviet Russia I have a wealth of experience in European travel. I was one of the few people who started to build the Russian travel industry and was fortunate to work with amazing colleagues, suppliers and clients around the world. Our clients became friends and friends became clients. This experience gave me incredible advantage and inside knowledge of the Russian travel industry previously unavailable to others.
I was ready for a new challenge and shortly after moving to Vancouver in 1998 opened Capital Business Travel. My agency was always focusing on the luxury segment in both business and leisure travel. Recently it evolved from being more corporate agency who could handle most complex worldwide itineraries and incentive trips to unique luxury experience be it a romantic gateway or luxury corporate retreat. Thus new Brand CBT Luxury Edition was created.
The world “luxury travel” is being overused and I strongly believe that only luxury can be truly offered if agent has experienced it.
My University degree is International Journalism and PR and that helps me to get the best negotiated rates and special offers. Often the best contracts we have are signed after hard-hat inspections of the new or just renovated “places to be”. We maintain close contact with hotel representatives, restaurants and guides. My agency belongs to the consortium with strongest buying power – Travel Leaders.
What sets us apart from other travel companies is that in today’s impersonal world of answering machines and call-centers we chose to be old fashioned and bring a personal touch in our communication with you.

After I have had an experience with planning and supporting my air travel with Natasha Phillips, I am not going to work with any other travel agency. I have worked with various agencies before, but none of them can be compared with the level of professionalism that Natasha provides. She is prompt with response; particular about every detail and requirement that I as a client ask for; works an extra mile to create the best itinerary and supports the whole travel until the client is back on the home turf. Recently, I have had an experience when my air trip consisting of 4 connections got cancelled several hours before the departure, and I was on the other side of the world with no assistance coming from the travel agents there. Turned out that Natasha had been watching for my whole trip, and reached me offering new options. She worked hard on new connections, so I can return home with no delay in time. I contacted her essentially on a whim (based on reviews here) to see if she could improve on what I was being offered from a cruise line. We are a returning customers of Natasha Philips. She helped us in the past with bookings of all inclusive vacations in Mexico.
This summer we had a family ( four of us) trip to Georgia. Booking flights and hotels from Vancouver to Tbilisi was not an easy task; on top of that our older son on a return had to go to Ottawa and not back to Vancouver. Natasha was able to find flights and connections that worked perfectly for everyone ( most of the trip we had business class sits as well!) She also recommended and booked hotels in Amsterdam and Paris on our way to and from Tbilisi.
We will definitely go back to Natasha for our next trip booking!

She has a small but very attentive team and always available for any follow up .
For example , just several days ego she handled my last minute request for travel from Bay Area to Munich and father to Eastern Europe, all within less then 15 minutes!
Another example, and , probably the most memorable , is the trip to Turkey Natalie and her team organized for me and my colleges: private boat tour of Bosphorus, privately guided tour of Pamukkale and amazing stay at local Spa ...
As well, I should mention a great assistance with all arrangements of my family visits to Orlando ( Animal Kingdom ) and Universal Studios in LA ( years back ). Wonderful family trip to Spain and Portugal!

This was my first time using a travel agent to help book flights and accommodations in multiple cities in both southern Spain and Portugal, and I must say I lucked out with Natasha. She is so knowledgable, and went the extra mile for us. She was able to provide advice on how long we needed to stay in each city and how to avoid tourist traps. She has so many connections that she was able to find us luxury 4 and 5 star accommodations at a price point that we could not have found ourselves. She also gave us extras like credit to spend at many hotel restaurants, welcome drinks, fruit platters/snacks on arrival and wonderful room upgrades. We were travelling with our 12 year old son and she made sure we had a nice rollaway bed for him. We are so grateful to Natasha for helping us organize one of the best trips our family has ever had.

I knew Natasha for a few years and she has always been professional in booking for me and for my company's employees.
Since beginning of the COVID restrictions, she did almost impossible solving the issues of booking cancellations, rerouting and multiple travel restrictions updates. Thus, we were able to transport recently a group of our European employees in spite of all related complications.

I’ve known Natasha Philips for more than 10 years. She always organized my trips very efficiently and in a timely manner. I asked her for an interesting idea for a trip on my birthday. She suggested Tahiti. She described the islands in such a picturesque way, that I already imagined myself the blue lagoons of the Bora Bora and the corral reefs of the Fakarava. A wonderful trip to Singapore

Natasha was initially very responsive on a last minute business travel arrangement to Southeast Asia for a party of 3. She sourced airline and hotel accommodations quickly and both were with highly rated, very comfortable organizations. She even threw in an added touch of recommending an Italian restaurant in Singapore during our stay. However, the real benefit of having an experienced agent working for me was realized on my return trip. When I learned that both legs of my return flight from Singapore were cancelled, only hours before I was to leave for the airport, Natasha stepped up and immediately sourced alternate travel arrangements for me and my two guests. Working with Natasha felt like we have been friends for years, and up to today we haven't met in person, our communications have been through telephone and email, we found Natasha very pleasant and willing to go the extra mile, wish we had this kind of an experience with other tour operators when we visited other countries in the past, Natasha has a lot of pride and passion for Russia which helped us in having a lifetime experience.
We visited where locals would hang out and this was only possible because Natasha has excellent tour guides based in Russia that care as much as she does.

With business trips that are changing dates back and forth, different travelers on different dates, multiple cities, Natasha is always on top of everything. When I made mistakes in the info I provided her she found them and made sure my itinerary was exactly as I needed. I discovered this service few years back, and have never used another travel agent since then. Very professional and client-centred service. Natasha went above and beyond to meet our traveling needs. Natasha is the best travel agent I've known.
Staying on top of her profession, she is always attentive to her clients and really interested in the success of every part of the tour she's helping to organize. She'd walk an extra mile to find the most convenient tickets, hotels and destinations and provide most useful tips about places to see.
Her knowledge of countries and places is amazing. I know she couldn't have possibly been in every place in the world, but it looks like she has been.
On top of that, she has a wonderfully sunny personality and dealing with her has always been a pleasure.

Natasha Philips has consistently provided us with exceptional service, beyond any travel agent I have ever known.
She has organized excellent trips for us, multiple times, all in a highly professional manner.
The outstanding piece is that recently, due to our own error, we were stopped from checking in to a flight for a passport issue ( 5 days short of the 3 months necessary to fly to E.U.)
It was a Saturday and everyone was closed on Saturday.
Natasha's business too.
However we emailed her our unfortunate situation.
Within minutes she responded and proceeded to spend the better part of her Saturday HELPING US find new flights and not lose everything we put toward the trip that couldn't happen.
I will never forget this type of conscientious attention and care.

I have been working with Natasha for over 15 years. She is a very knowledgeable agent and always responds to inquiries very quickly. My requests are usually quite complicated and include several connection and layovers and Natasha always was able to find me the best tickets. She also has an extensive knowledge of hotels/destinations and her suggestions were very useful. Natasha has a great personality and is always fun to talk to!

Natasha is the best. She figured everything out at the last minute. She found hotels, the best travel prices and flight times and helped me with arranging a pickup from the airport. I usually book things online so this is the first time in awhile I used a travel agent and I will call her again in the future. She was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend her to anyone who reads this. Thankyou Natasha!

Our travel agent is simply the best!
The hotel and apartment accommodations were beautiful, located in the desired areas and fit our budget. The tours that our agent arranged were simply amazing and the tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The couple times we had questions while we were traveling, they were answered immediately. Our trips went like clockwork from start to finish and every stop was amazing.
