Cassie is a true gift in our lives! We love working with her to book our Disney experiences, and now she even has us on Disney cruises and we are hooked. She makes everything so easy, from helping to plan right through to helping us put it all together for a fabulous vacation. We love how she looks after all the details, so we are not stressing about getting to and from our resorts or ship, and reminds us when important dates are coming up for booking. We get regular emails with tips on how to navigate the Disney magic, and they really help (especially when we have our kids and grand daughter with us—so much has changed since our littles were, well, little!). Cassie has been such a blessing to my family. It is such a breath of fresh air to have a travel agent who remembers your kids birthday and follows up post op for my son’s surgeries. Every year my son has to travel from South Florida to central FL for his Craniofacial team appointments and our first call once we have the date is always Cassie. I had a girls weekend planned to Washington DC with my sister, niece and 2 of my nieces friends. My niece and her friends were running the Marine Corps Marathon. I had booked a rental months ago, the morning before we left I got an email from the host stating the property was already booked, what why did you accept my booking months ago!!!! I was stressed trying to find another place big enough for 5 women, safe neighborhood and walking distance to the Metro. My husband says hey can that TA help with this? We have used her several times for Disney trips and cruises, I never thought to use her for a quick weekend trip. I sent her a message at 5 am, expecting she would see it when she got up, by 7 am she had another house booked for us. It was a perfect place for us for the weekend. I recommend Cassie for all your travel needs.

Cassie has saved me several times. First she helped me plan all the things for an Alaskian cruise and a Santa cruise (?? ????? ?? so stinking excited!!!) She helped me arrange air travel at the last minute and helped fix a snafu when I decided to be a big girl and try to book a hotel by myself. She was amazing dealing with my visual impairment (2 detached retinas!) She is patient and thorough; hands down.... a rock star!!

As a nurse I don’t have time to plan much just knew I wanted to go, relax, have fun a not have to worry about anything. Awesome trip! She is already planning my next get away.

I have now been on 2 amazing trips planned and booked by Cassie. She is absolutely amazing to work with and thinks of all the little details to make your trip perfect. We like to explore and really pack in a bunch of fun on trips and she made sure nothing overlapped and that we had ample "get ready" time and travel time to make it each stop. She also made sure we had time to relax and recharge. You can tell she has a passion for helping others explore the world! I can't wait to plan my next adventure!

Cassie has helped plan 3 trips and a 4th in the works for January. Cassie has gone above and behind to help make my trips perfect. A few years ago she planned a trip to Disneyland for my sister, niece and myself for the Disneyland half. This past January she planned another Disney running trip for my sister and myself. My sister ran the Dopey Challenge and Cassie went above and beyond to help me make it memorable for my sister. She planned a Capture Your Moment session and when those plans changed last minute she was immediately texting asking how she could up us. She reserved a hard to get dinner reservation at Story Book on Dopey night and was diligently working on getting an earlier reservation and she did. She helped make that trip amazing for my sister. The 1st week of May she planned a quick Alaskan cruise on Princess for my husband and myself. Again, things changed quickly with us, I had a knee replacement exactly 7 weeks before the cruise. She got busy and made sure everything would be smooth and standing in lines was minimized due to my limited mobility and ability to stand. This coming January she is helping plan our 25th anniversary and 1st Disney Cruise on the brand new ship Destiny. Cassie does not disappoint.

In Jan 2025 I was on Princess and Honduras was one of the stops. I took a cruise 10 years ago and said I would never go on another cruise. Thanks to Cassie It was very relaxing and she was there to address any issues. Even though I didn't have any issues, Cassie still took time to sit down and visited. I am booked on another cruise to Alaska with some family members. Thanks Cassie

Snowmaggedon was geting ready to start it's destruction across the US and we had a cruise planned for our 25th anniversary. We decided to move our plans up by a few days so we could get out of KS before the storm hit. In a matter of about 22 minutes Cassie had our travel insurance dates changed, hotel booked and rental car reserved. I truly don't think there is anything she can't do. I think she thrives on the pressure of helping arrange things last minute (this is not the 1st time she has had to do this for me.) I can not recommend her enough. Thanks Cassie for making our trip memorable.
