I have had Susan Hull from HMS Travel book so many events for me I have lost track. I would not use another service, Sue pays attention to details, and takes care of things you would not think about or even know about. I have gone on cruises, all inclusives, and business trips all with peace of mind knowing that before I left for vacation sue handled in some cases everything from rental car to the mints on my pillow. I have been booking all my travels through Susan since 2001. She left such a big impression from my first vacation that I knew I would never use another travel agent or book a trip myself again. My first vacation through Susan I ended up getting stuck on my return due to Hurricane Lily. Thanks to Susan working through the night to make sure there was a connecting flights waiting for me I was able to get home to my dogs on time. All that seems like it should be the duties of any travel agent and that is true but how many actually do it. In addition, when I was deployed to Iraq in 2007 her actions and dedication to her job, and her love for our nations military men and women allowed my family and myself to have a reunion that will always be remembered. I was deployed to an area where I could only get correspondence out maybe twice a month if lucky. In addition, when we took our mid tour leave we did not know when our flights would be until the day of. She was able to work with the fixed deck I had handed her and perform a miracle. Susan was able to, at a moments notice, confirm travel arrangements for myself and my family to meet in Key West at the same time for a reunion vacation. I do not know how she did it, but Susan was able to coordinate with military transportation and civilian transportation to give my family and myself something priceless, (happy memories). That is not something you get from just any travel agent! Since then Susan has booked cruises, flights and the most amazing honeymoon I could have imagined. I took her advice even when I thought it was bad advice and am glad I did. After all, she is the professional and that's her job. It's the same idea as listening to your doctor when he or she gives you advice. Susan is now a part of my family's lives. The way a family doctor or a church becomes apart of ones life is how we think of Susan as well.
