I entrusted the New Zealand leg of a Bucket List trip to a big cruise line which repeatedly disappointed. For the Australia leg, I was fortunate to find Izzy, who worked with me to build an adventure. It was great on paper; in reality the scope surpassed my wildest dreams. Every day was planned specifically for me and provided memories for a lifetime. He often exceeded expectations. My New Zealand cruise ship left a day late, stranding me in Sydney without a room even though Izzy brought me in 3 days early; along with 1,500 other passengers, I needed one more night in the height of the tourist season. His connections were able to get one of the few hotel rooms in Sydney. Thank you for the Edge surprise in Melbourne and the koalas in Cairns! Of course, when I was ready to go back to New Zealand, I went to Izzy, and again he delivered. So glad he is back in business!

Izzy planned a vacation of a lifetime for my fiance’ and I. With short notice of our travel dates, Izzy found and suggested the types of places we were interested in. We experienced beautiful beaches and rain forests, ocean fishing, and waterfalls. Our resort featured bird watching, zip-lining, hiking, and swimming in pools and a thermal river. Everything was fabulous!

Izzy is the Best! He encouraged us to paint outside of our comfort zones and he was absolutely correct on all recommendations. Every experience and every detail was perfect for us. Our 16 day adventure in Africa was smooth, educational, wild and fulfilling! 5 plus star rated trip from Beginning to End! We are ready to start planning our next adventure with Izzy!

Izzy did a great job with our trip. Flights, accomodations, transfers, and tours went off with nary a hitch. The hotels were wonderful and lovely, the recommendations on what to do on our own were immensely helpful, the tour guides were terrific, knowledgeable, personable, and on time. The concierge's were totally helpful (as was part of the selection process by Izzy). We will use Izzy for our next trip, no question.

Izzy did a great job securing hotels, tours and transportation for our 8 days in Spain. The hotels were all exceptional, making the trip so comfortable and stress-free. Our drivers were all courteous and punctual, and their vehicles ample for our needs. Izzy was able to accommodate our goals and stay within budget. Strongly recommended.

Yes, we waited until we were well into our 70's to go to Ireland and as my brother says, "chase dead ancestors"! I contacted Izzy and immediately felt comfortable with his knowledge and experience. He answered all my questions at that early stage of planning and then kept in touch with me as we made our decisions about planning the trip. And, he listened to my concerns about traveling at an "older" age and driving a car in Ireland! He was always helpful with suggestions and encouragement. I never felt pressured at any point in the process. In fact it always felt like talking to a friend. The itinerary he and Crafted Ireland made for us was just what we talked about. We made several changes in accomodations and tours after consulting him. We felt so comfortable in Ireland as we knew that Izzy and/or Crafted Ireland was always there for us. The trip was wonderful and we had no complications with rental car or other arrangements. After we returned home, Izzy checked in with us to see how we were doing and he was very excited to hear about our experience. I would call Izzy again for planning other trips and highly recommend him to others.

After the stress of planning a wedding, Izzy made planning our honeymoon so easy and stress free! We loved having everything booked for us and having our rides booked in advance. Unfortunately, one of our flights got cancelled when we were over seas, but having access to our 24hr concierge helped so much and they immediately rebooked us! I would highly recommend using Izzy for any major travel overseas!

Working with Izzy was absolutely fantastic. I was a little overwhelmed thinking about planning a two week trip to Scotland —where to stay ? what to see ? all the different modes of transportation that would be required :-) and Izzy took care of all of that. From booking our walking tours, our first class train tickets, the car and finding the perfect hotels I didn’t have to worry about anything. It was a once in a lifetime trip to take my with my husband and 15 year old and all of us agree it was the most amazing experience :)

Izzy knew just how to help us plan and execute a family vacation much easier than us trying to do it on our own. He made sure that we were well prepared for all the requirements associated with international travel. Plus the resort was beautiful and it was such a perfect tropical paradise, that it exceeded our expectations!

After our daughter and her husband worked with Izzy on their "perfect honeymoon," she told me to "Let Go and Trust Izzy." With that, we had a once in a lifetime experience in Australia. Australian residents commented on what a great itinerary we had; we went to unusual places; "Give that credit to Izzy," I would explain.

He took us out of our travel comfort zone, which was a great thing. With Izzy having taken care of the accomodations, transfers, tours and activities, there was nothing to be concerned with on this three week trip. We saw more animals, ate better food and stayed in nicer places than we ever could have planned on our own. We owe a HUGE thank you.

Anything negative? I gained weight over vacation. I blame EVERY pound on Izzy

Izzy was wonderful to work with. He listened to what we wanted for our trip and developed a great itinerary for us that included everything!

He was also flexible in that when we wanted to make a change (and we had more than one!) he did so. Not all agents would do that.

One other thing about Izzy, is if he felt strongly about something that we should do, even if we were hesitant about doing it, he would tell you. We were grateful that he did and can say here also that not all agents would do that as they would be overly concerned about pushing back on the client. Thanks Izzy!

Izzy set up a spectacular 15 day tour of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Remarkable 4.5 and 5 star hotels and recommended tour locations made it a great trip.

Izzy was a breath of fresh air. Planning a honeymoon in Europe for the first time seemed daunting, but Izzy took all the stress away! After being “ghosted” by our original travel agent, we were pleased with our experience with Izzy to say the least. He was attentive, he listened to our wants & needs, and he was SPOT on with the hotel choices & destinations. It was truly the best trip of our lives. I am especially grateful I put my trust in Izzy, because he booked us a stay on the island Naxos that we did not have on our original list of ideas. Naxos was by far our favorite place we have ever been to, the hotel was perfection, and we plan to return every year if we can. Izzy GETS IT!
During the entire process he was responsive, attentive, funny, thoughtful, and a true pleasure!

While traveling we had a couple of "hiccups" and could have been total disasters but Izzy was always available even though it was 2:00 in the morning where he was!! He worked diligently to get us through the issue and it worked out perfectly!!

Izzy was very attentive and wanted what was best for us on our trip. He really wanted to find out who we were to he could match our personalities to the experience. During the trip everything was extremely well planned. All we had to do was be at the location and all transport was taken care of. We only had 8 days to see new Zealand and it was wonderful seeing all the different parts. I would advise that for a shorter trip like ours that only the North or South island was explored, we felt like we spent a lot of our time traveling and to rent a car. Waiheke was amazing, the wine there was delicious and views could not be beat. The Delamore lodge has the best customer service and are recommending it to everyone. Rotorua had so many things to do and we are going to need to go back to finish seeing and experiencing everything it has to offer. The Hangi with the local Maori was the highlight of Rotorua. Queenstown was epic, so much is happening there, all seasons offer so much.

Izzy was very friendly and enthusiastic during all our conversations. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He knew the all the accommodations, from our hotels to the bed and breakfast very well and they were all beautiful accommodations with friendly and helpful staff. This was my dream vacation and Izzy did not disappoint. Our trip was 26 days split between Australia and New Zealand; we were busy but there was plenty of on-our-own time to make this a very enjoyable trip. Every arrangement was made including transportation to and from every airport (and there were several). The tours we had at some of our locations were wonderful with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am looking forward to more trips with Izzy!

We approached Izzy Naveh about twenty months ago to ask his help planning a family vacation for 19 people. Over the course of the planning, Izzy worked closely with us to understand our desires and to help us choose a wonderful destination, one that would be appropriate to give us plenty of varied fun experiences (our children and grandchildren range in age from fifty-four to thirteen - and we two are a bit older), one that would also include many opportunities to do "family things" together to insure this trip was a lifelong memory for everyone. Of course, all this was done during COVID, which made destinations and travel options all the more challenging. As a family who like to plan our own trips, this was our first time working with an agent. It was hard for us to ask for help with flights; bookings; reservations; special events; etc. We worried about handing over control but our worries proved unfounded. Izzy made everything easy, prompted us when decisions needed to be made and responded within 12 hours of any email query/request. While in the Bahamas I emailed Izzy with queries and he responded as if in the resort with us! We never felt as if we had been forgotten, even when in another country!
