Heather is awesome! She was available to talk anytime I needed her!
She always sent me detailed responses even with step by step, pictures included, instructions on how to navigate within the Disney App. If she didn't know the answer off hand, she found out and got back to me ASAP. I recommend her to anyone who is a first time Disney traveler or anyone who needs assistance booking rooms, linking accounts, etc. She was very knowledgeable all things Disney and super sweet! I am very thankful for all of her help to make such a memorable and amazing family vacation to Disney World. :)

Heather was so very helpful & quick in responding to any questions I had. She got back to me even at night when something came to mind ??. She’s been Super helpful, was part of our trip as we were trying to figure out how to link our tickets @ the hotel and was so helpful in getting back to me right away with texts. Heather answered all of my questions, this was our first cruise so I had so many questions!!! Honestly most of them were answered before I even had the chance to ask with her detailed emails and instructions. We were kept up to date, even at the airport heading out!

Disney trip of a lifetime!!!

I reached out to Heather about a last minute Disney trip- and she did not disappoint!!! She was able to get us a beautiful room in the tower at Coronado Springs. Heather did not stop there, she then worked diligently to get us the dining reservations we wanted and even suggested a new spot that we loved! She sent us all the information we needed to navigate the new Genie system at Disney and we were able to ride everything on our list! The trip was a dream and it would not have been possible without Heather’s help!
