Not only did she score the most important dining reservations we had hoped for, but she walked me through step by step how to use the new Genie+ system. We spent one day in the parks when we realized the trip could be a crash and burn without a stroller and, of course, Katie came to the rescue! She handled all of the reservations for us and the company delivered a rental directly to our resort. It was amazing and was a total game changer for the remainder of the trip! Katie was fantastic. The first time we talked she had a proposal for an itinerary in less than an hour and we worked off of that. She got back to us quickly and made changes with no problem. Before the trip she went through the itinerary day by day to walk us through and gave helpful guidance and suggestions. Great hotels and excursions were set up and she even helped with a little issue when it was 2 am her time. She connected us with a wedding planner to fit in a small wedding in Florence. She surprised us with champagne in all the rooms at two different hotels, rose petals on the bed, a letter from her in three hotel rooms, strawberries in one of the hotels, and a bouquet in our last hotel. We weren’t entirely sure what we wanted our honeymoon to look like and where in Italy we wanted to go, but Katie helped us sort out which destinations fit our interests and our budget. Katie got us on great tours that helped us not spend hours in line waiting to get in and arranged our transportation between each destination. We had experiences we would not have found on our own.

The day of our honeymoon our flight got canceled AS we were literally on the plane..I texted Katie (at 6am nonetheless) and she responded immediately and within literal minutes had us rebooked on the next flight. Katie was so amazing to work with. We had no idea where we wanted to go for our 20th anniversary but we knew we wanted an island and all inclusive. Katie did the research and presented us with some amazing resorts. After a few back and forth emails we picked our resort (Sandals Halcyon Beach, St Lucia) and it was booked! I’m an anxious traveler and she was so great with me. Every question I asked was met with a quick reply and so much information. She even works hard to make sure there are no issues when you’re on your trip. We had a little snafu with our room on the first night (the resort’s fault) and she stayed on them and kept in contact with me to ensure it was all fixed and we were compensated fairly for the little issue. I cannot wait to book our next adventure with her!

Our trip to Ireland / Italy was entirely worry free thanks to Katie's meticulous planning & guidance. She was extremely knowledgeable about each city we visited during our stay & provided recommendations for activities that were well tailored to our wants / needs. 've known Katie Lynn Reynolds for quite a while and have recommended her in the past to others. I finally was able to have the chance to use her knowledge and expertise when booking my honeymoon! Having her help, especially towards the end of the wedding planning process was beyond great. We went to Aulani in Hawaii. Katie provided not only a list of excursions for us to do, but was knowledgeable regarding the questions i had about the resort. Once i picked out the food reservations, and excursions we wanted she handled everything else for me! Even while on our trip if I had a question she would reply so promptly!!! I had never been to Mexico, and so to be able to tell her what all of the girls in our group were looking for and then have her turn around within a week and give me fantastic recommendations on stays was so stress relieving.
