Stacey was stuff a breath of fresh air to work with. She was not pushy towards any decision making but was very open to our wants and needs and filled all expectations. Our trip had to be changed last minute due to weather conditions and she did her best to accommodate us in a timely manner so we were still able to travel during our expected vacation days. We will definitely be using her again in the future.

Once that was done , in a few days we met again and Stacy presented a number of options for our review, then we fine turned our travels and we were set, Stacey handle it all. From the actual trip, plane tickets and follow-up with things like passports, etc, it was all seamless.

What can I say about this amazing travel agent, Stacey Roussel. When I contacted Stacey letting her know I wanted to give my
daughter a Senior trip, she would never forget. I explained to Stacey this trip was not just for my daughter but for myself included. I told her my destination (Kyoto, Japan) and my budget. She went above and beyond on our expectations with this trip. Not only did she stay within our budget but she made sure our flights, hotel, and excursions were what we would enjoy. Before the trip she made sure we were prepared. She checked on us before, during, and after the trip!

We had initially booked our honeymoon with Stacey to the Sandals in Curaçao! We were so excited until we discovered a job obligation we could not miss!
