Max has been amazing in executing the perfect vacation for us. Our vacation was a 15 day trip to Rome than heading to Sorrento, Amalfi coast, than heading over to Greece. Greece included Athens, Mykonos and Santorini. Max organized our trip perfectly from pick ups to drop off, planes, ferries, excursions, hotels. Our trip was perfect and we plan on booking our next trip with Max.

Max arranged a trip for us in December 2025. We wanted to visit Barcelona. It was our first trip to Spain. We were apprehensive. We do not speak Spanish and there were some media reports that the residents of Barcelona were becoming a little “anti” tourist, but not so, it was a wonderful experience. Max arranged a convenient flight which is easier said than done; surprisingly, there are few direct flights. We had a 2 hour layover in Zurich which was the perfect amount of time to stretch without rushing to the next gate. Choosing the right location of the hotel is important in Barcelona. He found a fantastic boutique hotel in the Gothic part of town. Quite, but not isolated. Max also arranged for tour tickets for the Gaudi sites and a memorable cooking class. It was a perfect trip. I booked a trip to Jamaica through Max and he did everything possible to make sure I got the best room and service for the best deal, we had everything in place and a week before our trip hurricane Melissa hit and we had to cancel. We really wanted to return in April so Max has since rebooked our trip, made all the arrangements for the park and fly and also arranged our personal transfers from airport to Hotel and back. Using a travel agent is a smart way to book a trip and get the best deals and smooth, effortless traveling conditions. It was very nice...but rainy everyday and cold...ship was great...good food and activities On board activities ok...my mother did well ...I think it would be great during the nicer weather but I it was booked up...and in hindsight direct flights are better. Beautiful scenery. The rooms were great. Thanks for all your help and will recommend you to others....end of October is a gamble to be able to enjoy the upper deck....I'm sure its fantastic in the summer.

We are writing this letter to show our appreciation of the work Max Nimmo did with respect to our trip to Portugal. It was our 30th anniversary and we wanted to move away from our comfort zone to go on a trip that challenged us. In September, a friend and I had the opportunity to explore the vibrant and culturally rich city of Barcelona. We spent a day visiting historical landmarks like La Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell. Another day, we ventured out to Costa Brava for snorkeling and cliff jumping. Our hotel was ideally located near a lively strip of restaurants, bars, clubs, and shops, making it the perfect base for two girls eager to discover the city's charm.

Max as usual, your recommendation was fantastic. The kids had fun and everything was great. There was a short walk to the beach, but everything was very well organized – swam a lot, played a lot of Volley Ball, went on Jetski. We had access to a great buffet – right on the beach). The food was excellent, kids loved it and we also had a lot of fun visiting the surroundings. We rented a car one day and went all over the place (including Maya ruins and cenotes (caverns where we can swim).
The resort was also close to a big market. Had a lot of fun shopping…
In sum – it hit the mark (we also had a lot of fun in Toronto).

Hi, Max. We've been back a couple of weeks, so the glow is fading, but I wanted to share a couple of photos with you. FYI, our train ride from Basel to Lyon was just perfect. Very glad we had reserved seats on the TGV from Mulhouse to Lyon because every seat was taken.
The hotel was very nice, especially the staff. I sneaked a peak at the spa pool and it was exactly like the pictures, and bigger than I would have expected.
Lyon is the home of Antoine St. Exupery, author of The Little Prince, which explains the door handles on the closet in our room. It also houses a wonderful Museum of Cinema and Miniatures in the old town that we just happened upon. Fantastic collection! And the Paul Bocuse market made me wish I had an apartment so I could shop and cook.
Anyway, thanks for your help. I'll let you know if we do anything exciting soon.

Max, my jet lag is gone so I am finally coming up for air after our European adventure. Lol. I wanted to let you know how thankful we all are for your assistance making our trip fantastic and going over and above, a lot, to deal with our little questions and changes. It went smoothly and everyone had a fantastic time!!
A few notes from the trip:
-Venice was our favourite destination to bring the kids. Such a unique thing to show them.
-The colosseum tour is highly recommended even with tweens and teens. They were fully engaged.
-My daughter and husband went paragliding in Interlaken Switzerland and had an amazing time floating over the alps.
-because we changed the trip a bit to have less Italy due to the heat the Eurrail Pass wasn't a good deal as we only used two of the five days of our pass. We should have thought that through a bit as we changed things.

My friends and I went on a tiny adventure to the west coast. Starting in Toronto, then flew to Vancouver and then hopped on a travel bus to Banff. And WOW, what an adventure! My favourite part of travelling is finding hidden adventures, and with Max's help, I was able to explore Toronto Island, the beaches in Vancouver, and the tiny town of Banff. If there is anything to know about me, it's that I hate planning. I am more of a spur of the moment kind of person. I like to see where the adventure takes me. However, when going on vacation far from home, that is a little hard to do. This is where my current and forever travel agent Max came in!

He did everything! He covered my travel, places to visit, food to eat, and little things that I would have never known to do even with googling.
Max arranged for me to leave Windsor to London, then to Paris by train and finally back to Canada.
