I had not been to Disney World in Florida in 30 years and so much had changed. New rides, new ride bypass apps and rules, and new restaurants; it all seemed like too much! Kellie helped me to navigate what I wanted to remember from the trip and helped me prioritize my choices.

Kellie showed me options so that I knew where I wanted to spend my money and where I could save money. She made our restaurant reservations and answered questions about the park updates in the months leading up to our trip. She checked on us before we left and during our vacation as well.

The biggest relief was having her set up our transportation to and from the airport and between hotels. On our way to the airport, there was a significant delay in our transportation and she contacted the company for me to get me an update. We got to the airport and on our flight home on time.
