From the flights to the transfers to the trip itself and all that our destination has for excursion or sights to see, she is amazing at getting us the best possible options that are available.

I contacted Bettie to book this New England/Canada cruise because I had worked with her before on international travel, and she has always been very helpful.

We started planning this 12 day trip in October of 2021 and we just got back this past weekend. With Covid restriction on Hawaii and at the airlines it was a daunting proposition..
Bettie had to juggle and jump through hoops to stay in front of the airlines. She was very patient with us also. Provided several viable options for getting ten people to a vacation we'll always cherish. Through the entire process she kept me informed and confident that in spite of all the chaos, no matter what, we would get there & back!

Our vacation started with booking in April 2019 and was pushed back twice to 2022. During this 3 year period, Bettie stayed on top of every update, flight change, Covid test schedule, etc through out the entire time. It could not have been easy for her but she was there at every turn. The result was a fabulous trip.

HffBettie has provided us with invaluable service in rearranging return flights following a medical emergency which extended our stay. Bettie was able to switch carriers when our flights got messed up and she spent hours on the phone on a Saturday to fix it! Bettie has helped us set up a couple of trips to Mexico and has been extremely helpful in finding the right resort for us. She listened to our needs and provided options within our budget. If there is a glitch, she is only a phone call away.

Several months back, we contacted Bettie to look up some warm destinations for a timeframe in Feb. She provided us with several options - Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Mexico - We narrowed down our choices and had the opportunity to peruse websites making our choice to travel to San Jose del Cabo an easy one! We stayed all-inclusive at the Secrets Resort and Golf Club. We truly enjoyed the entire trip! The resort property was large, we got in a lot of walking, sunshine, drinks by the pool, and by the beach and fun entertainment in the evening. We even did a bike tour to the Marina which included an art walk as you pedaled past sculptures and paintings. One day on the trip we went to the resort spa, which was the best spa experience we've ever had! The hour before the massage was time for sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, relaxation and THEN the massage and more time to rest and relax. It was beautiful surroundings and we felt very pampered. Each restaurant on the property was also excellent. We were surprised that Himitsu was our favorite! We didn't do the hibachi, but you don't need to! All the food on their menu was fresh, flavorful and delicious. Bettie contacted us before we left and also after we came home. She was very attentive and great to work with. I highly recommend her!

Experienced the wilderness in mountains around steamboat

We had a fabulous time in London thanks to Bettie! She helped arrange our flights, getting us the seats we wanted, and helped us pick out a hotel that was very well located! It was close to a major underground station and to many of the sites we wanted to see. It was clean with friendly, helpful staff and a cute little bar for us to have a night cap before heading up to our room after a big day of exploration.

We began planning our trip to London a few months ago. Bettie suggested great choices for hotel properties and transportation options, as well as a list of sightseeing trips and activities. The hotel was great…friendly, clean, and situated right in the heart of many planned activities and across the street from Victoria Station. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our trip, thanks to some very good information and recommendations from Bettie. I would highly recommend her and we’ll be planning our next trip with her, too!

Bettie helped me with air, hotel and cruise for our amazing Alaska trip. Bettie is very knowledgeable in all things Alaska and travel. She was very easy to work with, very accessible and responsive. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them. Bettie got us a $600 on board credit for our cruise that we otherwise would not have gotten. We always wanted to do a cruise to Alaska. We were very nervous but finally booked one. Bettie help us along so well and made us feel very comfortable. The beauty of this cruise was incredible! The staff, food, drinks and people amazing!

We went to an informational meeting put on by Travel Travel about Viking Cruises in May of 2024. Halfway through the meeting we said "Let's do it". We visited with Bettie Kensmoe that evening and started the process toward a trip in May of 2025. Every step of the way she was ahead of the game, suggesting a lesser stateroom than we had chosen (she was right, but for reasons we didn't appreciate until on the cruise!) which saved us hundreds of $$. The Viking process is amazingly well organized, but having Bettie watch over things locally and keep us informed added a layer of comfort. She booked another trip for us over this last winter...same great experience. We're working with her on a trip for 2027...same thing so far. We'll be putting something together for this next winter with her too...same expectation of excellence and complete confidence. I can't recommend her enough.
