Shannon assisted our party of 6 in a week trip to Disneyworld. After having to shift plans twice due to health emergencies, she accommodated us each time. Our family of 4, two children, a son 16 and daughter 13, recently went on a trip to Italy. Initially, we were trying to plan our trip alone using things we were finding online, in a place we had never been. After explaining this to a friend, she suggested we contact Shannon for help. Our friend had recently worked with Shannon on her trip to Africa and was thrilled with the results. We were referred to Shannon by a friend for our first trip to Disney World. We had an amazing time at all the parks and Shannon helped book our rides during the day and our restaurant reservations. When planning a Hawaii trip for our family, we had not been there for 20 some years and wanted it to be special. I reached out to Shannon with a rec from a friend and she was great with helping us explore places to stay and things to do. My husband and I always wanted to go on an Alaskan Cruise. That dream seemed impossible because I am handicapped. I am confined to a wheelchair and cannot use my arms or legs. After planning a wonderful Disney vacation for our family, we reached out to Shannon again for a quick last minute cruise over Christmas. She helped narrow down our searches with no parameters to us very quickly changing pace and selecting a pretty full cruise and getting creative with splitting our rooms, finding ones adjacent and making sure our extended family members were happy with their cabin selections. This was our 1st time planning a trip to Disney as adults on top of the pandemic.
