The most difficult part of this review is where to begin. From my first contact with Lisa to discuss a possible Disneyworld Vacation for my family, she has gone above and beyond. I knew at the conclusion of that first call I was not just working with just a travel agent, but with a true partner who would do whatever it took to ensure that I, my children, and grandchildren would have a true once in a lifetime experience !!!!!

Lisa was wonderful to work with and helped us pick the perfect trip. The kids enjoyed their playing on the boat with plenty of things to do with kids their age. Coco Cay was better than expected and my family cannot wait to go on their next cruise.

Lisa was absolutely wonderful. She provided many options within my budget and was so patient with my decision making. She was always available with questions and even available on my trip when I needed to order an electric scooter for my mother. She took care of the whole thing so I didn't have to during our vacation time. She is the best!

Lisa helped me plan a Disney girls getaway. My oldest daughter just graduated from HS and she told me about the photo shoot that you can do at Cinderella’s castle and around the park in her cap and gown. Well….it was totally worth it!! The photos were amazing! Everything Lisa recommended we absolutely loved. From dining at Belle’s castle(she recommended ordering a special cake to celebrate graduation), to our accommodations, to navigating the parks, the rides and helping us with a car service she knew it all. Lisa was attentive to our needs and our budget. She was also so easy to communicate with!!! We had an amazing time and when we plan our next trip, we are calling Lisa!!!

Lisa made everything so easy and effortless. I was so completely stressed with the unknown. This is the first trip I’ve had to plan as a mom and I wanted to make sure nothing was left out. We got our character breakfast, LL, and Mickey’s Christmas. We were also set up with our Memory Maker, Magic bands, and stroller rental. The list could go on. Lisa is perfect and this trip was everything I envisioned for my girls.

I had the best time everrrr in disney with my boyfriend!! It was my first solo trip without my parents and Lisa did so much to make my experience both organized and relaxed. Fabulous, seven day cruise through 4 countries on the luxurious Scenic Amber!

Lisa was amazing to work with start to finish! She helped us plan a dream vacation to Aulani after a family wedding in Honolulu. She was thoughtful, detail oriented and extremely organized. Our trip was extremely smooth from the first day to the last. She truly thought of EVERYTHING! Aulani cast members even commented to us several times "Wow- your planner did a great job!"

The cruise was great and enjoyed myself tremendously. I am awaiting a call back from Carnival regarding pending transactions that are showing on my credit card statement. The charges from my sail and sign account have already processed, so not sure why the pending charges are showing as well.

Though I have been to Montego Bay and Cozumel before, I enjoyed each more this time than I expected! This was my first time going to Grand Cayman, and I loved it!

Lisa helped us coordinate a last minute (one month out) first Disney trip for our family of 5. Lisa helped us navigate resorts, parks, rides, passes, and dinner reservations. She was able to secure late notice dinner reservations, and walked us through every ride to decide on lightening lanes. I honestly couldn't have done Disney for the first time without an agent, it was a huge help!

We really like the Drury. We thought it was a good value. The meals were a huge plus for us. Good quality food and variety. It was so handy to grab breakfast and coffee before heading out for a long day at Disney World. There's plenty of room in the dining hall and the food and drinks were always plentiful. We ate dinner (Kickback) 3 of our 5 nights. It wasn't fine dining but great for us. We always found things that we liked and really enjoyed the included 3 alcoholic drinks per day. The facilities are always kept very clean and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The salt water pool and hot tub was relaxing at the end of the day. I would recommend getting a Poolside room so you can watch the fireworks at night. Don't bother with a balcony. It was too hot outside so we never used it. Also our room was facing the parking lot so nothing to see from our windows. The rooms were generously sized, beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean and in good condition. From first contacting Lisa to getting back from our trip (close to a year total) she was absolutely amazing & helpful in every way. She treated us like family & answered every question we threw at her. She was very flexible & understanding when needing to reschedule calls or make adjustments to our plans & was always on top of getting things scheduled as early as possible so we could get all reservations we wanted. Our trip would not have been anywhere near as memorable or amazing as it was without her help. We will be working with Lisa for any & all future trips we plan as she was an absolute delight to work with. Can't imagine ever planning a Disney World trip, or any vacation for that matter, without the help of a travel agent like Lisa! She took away the burden & stress of researching & planning everything!

We just had Lisa assist us with planning and booking our trip to Disney . She was very informative about the dos and don’ts and must dos she even did our lightening lanes for us , she was so helpful. We will definitely recommend her to friends and call on her again to book our next trips.

She let us know we have the option to change our choice.

We wanted to take our granddaughter to Orlando to Harry Potter World, but needed a lot of information. This was going to be our first trip to a theme park and we wanted everything to be perfect. I randomly chose to work with Lisa and she was a wealth of information. She always answered my emails and phone calls promptly and did a great job explaining how to negotiate the parks. There was a little hiccup at the hotel and Lisa took care of that as well. We will definitely call on her again.

We knew where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. Lisa coordinated the trip to include airport transport to and from our resort for those that flew and of course park tickets for our family of 20 from three states. She was always just an email away to answer any questions we had and/or offer suggestions for things we might not have thought of.
