We randomly picked Olga's name to be our travel agent and we have never been so blessed with a with a guess. I would definitely recommend Olga to everyone. She is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions no matter how small and any time of day or week. Even in mexico when we had to use iur travel insurance. One mention of an injury and Olga have arranged the best of care for me while traveling home. I will always use Olga as my travel agent in future trips.

Olga was great to work with!! This was the first time I used a travel agent and Olga did not disappoint! We got stuck at our destination due to some weather and issues with our airline and Olga was on top of it, helping and advocating for us to make sure we were not left stranded. Olga helped us plan the most beautiful vacation. We took my Mom and Dad. My Dad had some health issues and Olga made sure that ALL his and our needs were met. We knew it would be Dad's last vacation and we had amazing help and support that no stone was left unturned. Thank you Olga!

We really were happy with so many of the details you took care of. There were no timing issues with flights or trains. Everything worked out perfectly. Having breakfast at each of the hotels was a perfect way to start the day. That was a big plus. Being on the deluxe tour in Munich to see the castles was also a big plus as it was a 10 hour tour and it was very luxurious with snacks and drinks too. The Sound of music tour was so so great and I would highly recommend it. As well, the Mozart dinner cruise and concert are not to be missed in Salzburg. Going forward we would not hesitate to contact you. I’ve already seen a couple of travel tours in the newsletter your company sends out.

We had a wonderful week at Moon Palace in Cancun. Great food, lots of activities, friendly staff and great pools. Big credit to Olga for finding this for us on short notice and making it happen!

Where do we start.... Olga was a pleasure to deal with. Always available and willing to help with any of our needs, we were even able to contact Olga with questions via WhatsApp while aboard the ship. Olga took care of every facet of our trip by arranging all our flights, hotel stays at destination before and after our cruise as well as any transfers we asked for plus insurance for the total trip. She also made the recommendation that we sail Virgin Voyages based on our likes and personalities, we truly thank her for that. As for the trip itself..... WOW.... Everything went off without a hitch. TAP air was quite good, we were fed a meal and drinks on the flight and also a sandwich about an hour before arriving in Lisbon, then a short connecting flight to Barcelona. Our hotel was a 35 Euro ride from the airport, walking distance to the metro and then just a short hop to the embarkation port. Virgin Voyages were incredible every step of the way. Embarkation in Barcelona was a breeze,

My partner and I have celiac disease, and Olga provided a number of excellent options for places that would be able to accommodate us, and then coordinated with our chosen resort to make sure that everything went smoothly. A great experience, start to finish!

She was very attentive to my needs, as I have a disability. Her suggestions were very creative and appreciated. She worked with me until everything I needed and wanted was covered. Even while on vacation when I had issues she was there to assist. I very much appreciated your settings and guidance she provided.

Just back from a cruise Olga booked for us with some extra travel on either end that was a little complicated and she delivered perfectly- transport, perfect hotels, tour options etc... etc... . Olga responds to emails quickly, answers the phone when we call – we don’t use anyone else. Thanks Olga!

We were trying to find accommodation in Costa Rica near Samara for two couples and hopefully within walking distance of a beach.
Unbeknownst to us, supply was quite limited and trying to marry accommodation with available flights was a bit of a nightmare.
In a couple of weeks, Olga had everything arranged including accommodation, flights and transfers to and from the airport.
We ended up staying in a small home – Casa Conchas - near Playa Carrillo. Although the home was small it was more than adequate for a two week stay for two couples. Having two bathrooms was great.
Family members of the owner of the home were very accommodating. Although billed as being within walking distance of the beach, it’s at least a 30 minute hike one way in 35 degree heat.
In addition, the relatively main road has no shoulders to walk on. This danger along with our desire to visit other beaches led us to rent a car. If possible, rent a four wheel drive vehicle.

After years of 1 or 2 trips south a year, this was our first time using a travel agent and thank God we did. The resort we were staying at had a very serious and significant issue with the building that could not have been reasonably foreseen and resulted in the resort being eventually evacuated. Within minutes of informing Olga, the local Rep was on the phone with us with Olga co-ordinating behind the scenes on our behalf. She put us in the perfect location and when the unexpected happened - and it will occasionally happen- she rescued our vacation. We are never again using a website to book vacations - it's always going to be with Olga.
