After speaking several times on the phone, Carol came to our house to finalize the details of the trip. She was able to accommodate to our schedule, was easily accessible, and quick to respond to calls and emails. Our trip to French Polynesia was absolutely amazing. I most definitely would like to go back. We had a few small questions/changes/hiccups that occurred mid-trip and Carol quickly answered calls and emails and helped to make them seamlessly. We've actually never used an agent before, but this process was smooth and it felt nice to have everything (including hotel and airport pickups, etc) arranged ahead of time and it did feel like we had extra attention paid to us at a couple of the nicer resorts. Carol came through and it would be a pleasure to work with her again.

Carol went above and beyond with her service to help plan our first trip, in years , to Hawaii. I presented complex issues for Carol to manage. She needed to coordinate the trip to follow business on one island, I needed to know the cancellation policy, I needed a package which included breakfast and I needed to coordinate around a portion of the trip that would be paid for with award points. I needed allot!!! With all the constaints and in learning there was a portion she would not be able to book Carol remained focused on my needs and helping me in any way possible. Part of our stay was on the Kaanapali side and we loved her resort luxury recommendations. The other half of the stay was on the Wailea side and we booked the Fairmont Kealani. It met every expectation and beyond! Carol personally contacted the property to confirm the reservation and help secure a room upgrade. The package Carol booked was not available anywhere online. The idea to stay in two different properties rather then switching islands during our 10 day vacation was perfect for us. We didn't want to eat up a day switching islands and we were able to experience everything Maui has to offer. To complete our experience Carol took the time to provide suggestions regarding easy to access activities from each side of Maui. The best Luxury Vacation thanks to Carol's expertise!

Carrol is great! She thought of many things that slipped our minds. She had our back every step of the way. My wife and I met in Thailand to marry. Carrol went so far as to dig up the information we needed to make sure our marriage would be legal in the states.

She went above and beyond. Traveling an early spring of 2021, required a great deal of knowledge and patients. Thailand required us to quarantine for 16 days at an authorized state quarantine sites. Working late hours and weekends to talk to the hotel person to person to book our quarantine stay.

She always had a positive attitude even when she had to rebook parts of our trip when we had an issue getting our visas.

Carol was very helpful planning our independent travel to London UK, and to Paris France, prior to our first ever Riverboat Cruise on the Seine/France. She kept our budget in mind. No one has ever offered better travel services than Carol Wilhems! Each and every detail of our itinerary was taken care of so that during our trip we could concentrate on having a great time. She even made us aware of making sure to take a flight out the day before the ship left port. Since we wanted to visit the S/E Caribbean, she did the research and recommended Celebrity Crusises. We're avid travelers and were incredibly impressed with the quality of the whole cruise experience with Celebrity. The cuisine was delicious from first glance (always beautifully plated) to the last nibble of the second desserts. We felt like royalty with 4 to 5 waiters attending our every need.

Needed something special to do while we were in Las Vegas to celebrate a milestone birthday. Called Carol and we talked about flying into the Grand Canyon for the day. We had great bus service from our hotel to the air center and a fantastic flight to the south rim where we spent the day exploring with the help of shuttle drivers and knowledgeable park staff.
