Not seasoned cruisers

We hadn't cruised in over 20 years so we solicited Carol's help to provide us guidance on making the right decisions. We were concerned about sea sickness but didn't want to purchase the most expensive room and Carol helped us choose the room that was positioned on the ship that very little movement was felt. Carol prepared and printed all of the paperwork detailing what to do with each item. Having the peace of mind knowing that she was just a phone call away if any issues came up put us at ease. She was very helpful with details that we would not have thought of. We would recommend Carol if you are looking for a travel specialist.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.
