Anita was tremendous; she worked with us and planned everything right down to the finest detail. We spent 4 days in Scotland and then flew to Istanbul, Turkey to catch a 12 day Mediterranean cruise. Unbeknown to us during this preplanned trip we would experience the unfortunate Air Canada strike which impacted our departure flights and initial travels. Anita was awesome, pivoted and rebooked a number of flights and accommodations. Her calm confidence throughout our high stress moment was exactly what we needed to stay excited about our trip of a lifetime. While the strike did impact our plans...Anita helped convince us to leave a day early, extending our vacation and time in Scotland. The information she loaded into the trip app regarding each destination, travel agenda, documents, directions etc...was extremely valuable and super helpful. If you are looking for a travel agent look no further, Anita was fantastic. She took the time to learn about who we as travellers were and what type of vacation we were looking for. She guided us when we weren’t sure about what type of activities to choose. She booked all our accommodations, transfers and activities which made our trip once we were in Costa Rica seamless. Communication with her before and while on vacation was super quick and easy. If we had a question she didn’t have the answer to she got back to us in no time and the app she set up for us had every single daily travel detailed laid out. I will no doubt use Anita when we travel again.

Anita is great! We went to Hawaii (2 islands) as a delayed honeymoon. It was both of our dream trip and we were in such good hands with Anita. We were overwhelmed thinking about organizing everything ourselves, so Anita was super helpful in getting things booked. She figured out all the flight details to/from/between islands, accommodations, and car rental. With Anita taking care of the details, we saved us so much time researching and trying to coordinate things, and the trip went 100x smoother than if we had done it ourselves. Unable to find suitable accommodations for an upcoming trip, we reached out her.
She listened to our requests for small boutique hotels, and within days provided unique accommodations that ultimately exceeded our expectations. Anita contacted us at least twice before departure to ensure that all of our needs had been met.
She offered to secure early/late check in/check out and provided a detailed itinerary, accompanied by a useful travel app.
What’s more, she contacted us while away to inform us of an opportunity available to us, which we acted upon. It was the perfect ending to the perfect vacation.
