Courtney went above and beyond to get is the best deal for our trip. She was attentive and always available to answer and questions and to handle any issues that arose during our travel. If she didn't have an answer to our questions, she researched and got the answer for us. She found us a room when we unexpectedly had to spend the night due in a stop due to a flight cancellation/change even though she was on a work trip herself. She was kind when dealing with lost luggage issues and consistently checked in with us during the entire trip. There was never any doubt that she knew just what to do for us. She provided suggestions for things to do on our trip and was always very professional when doing so. We will definitely use her service again and have already referred friends to her. You will not go wrong with her as she genuinely cares about her clients.
