Spent a week at Universal Orlando with grandkids and their parents. Some of the Universal coasters are a little intense for our generation, but the grandkids had a great time. Michelle took care of our tickets, hotel, and transfers - all went exactly as expected! She even helped to arrange an electric scooter for my wife that was delivered and picked up at our hotel for a reasonable price. Michelle is very thorough and always responds quickly to any questions or needs. Highly recommended!

We used Michelle to book our trip to Disney. Michelle was very easy to work with and kept us informed of special offers. She was great about booking our advance dinner and show reservations and was able to reserve everything we wanted. She sent us great recommendations and tips before we left which were very helpful.

Michelle was incredibly helpful in planning our trip to Punta Cana, ensuring every detail was perfectly arranged. She worked with our family to find a resort that was perfect for our large group, with children of various ages and adults with multiple interests. She found us the Dreams Onyx resort and we LOVED it! Michelle also organized a seamless airport transfer that made our arrival and departure stress-free. The all-inclusive resort she recommended exceeded our expectations with its luxurious accommodations and excellent amenities. Michelle’s attention to detail - from requesting a crib to communicating food allergies- and expert knowledge about different kinds of travel and resorts truly enhanced our vacation experience. I will be happy to use Michelle for our travel purposes again in the future!!

Michelle was so helpful in planning our first solo trip to Disney!!

Michelle helped me plan a Disney vacation, and I could not have done it without her! She answered hundreds of questions, met with me for hours to look at our itinerary, and even helped adjust our plans while we were in Disney. Michelle gave me quotes for different hotels that I was interested in and booked the one we wanted. She asked me for a list of dining reservations that we were hoping to have and she made it all happen! She even found us a discount after we had already booked and applied it to our account! Michelle is kind, patient, and understands planning a trip from a mom's perspective. She knows that planning a Disney vacation can be stressful and overwhelming, and she takes all of that stress away by doing everything for you! She has great tips and advice, and I cannot imagine planning a vacation without her! Our vacation was amazing, and we have Michelle to thank :)

She made the planning very easy and less stressful. Very helpful with reservations and recommendations. The only thing is that I wish we knew it was the holiday party and that they close the park down earlier which then we didn’t get to enjoy it as long as we wanted. Also, it was disappointing that we could not schedule the popular rides on the multi pass after being done with one. We paid extra money and couldn’t use it much for the rides we wanted and still had to wait. It was a lot of money. This isn’t Michelle’s fault but it would have been nice to know.

Michelle was absolutely amazing and I’m so lucky to have had her on our side. From planning my first trip to being at Disney during a hurricane, Michelle was there for me every step of the way when I needed her. Between recommendations, lightning lane information, she literally was on the phone for 4 hours to switch our Halloween party days for us! I cannot thank her enough for helping me with this trip and will definitely be using her for future trips!
